It's definitely the nicest UPS store I've been to. They have self-serve kiosks to the left as soon as you walk in. The staff was really friendly and clearly very excited to have a customer! They asked how I knew they were even open so I'm guessing business has been slow so far. I have no doubt things will pick up quickly though. I also learned that the same owners of this UPS location also own the one in the Rotunda which is where I normally go, but this new spot is a convenient location if/when I'm heading south. My GPS was trying to have me make a weird U turn to get here but it's on the corner of Eastern Ave and President St so I just turned onto Eastern and the store was right there in the bottom level of the Avalon. Street parking can be pretty limited in this area but on this particular day I didn't find it hard to grab a spot.

The location was open for good hours on Sunday, and was a nice downtown building with plenty to offer besides a printer. I've always had good experiences shipping with FedEx, but the whole selection of office products and services is helpful for a frequent traveler like me.

He was unhelpful in letting me know where before I figured it out and was able to leave my package. There was no signage for the scanner machine and staff have never been that friendly but this was just a rude exchange. Unfortunately, it's a close location to me so I use this place only if necessary but the staff are not that great from my experiences.

Store refused credit for the difference saying it's not "guaranteed" by delivery date/time. That's what I paid for! I wouldn't have paid extra if I didn't need it sooner! Both UPS and the store refused to issue a credit for the difference, probably $10-15 difference. Terrible customer service, I had to search for a phone number as it isn't listed in the app. Also the first person I spoke to didn't understand American English so I had to repeat several times and she still got it wrong, thought I hadn't received package when I told her several times I had and I was just seeking a price adjustment for the delay. Very frustrating experience, cost me about an hour or more for no satisfaction.

But the MOST insane thing happened today when I tried to ship a 1-pound package to London and they told me the cheapest option was $375! Needless to say I took my package and left. I went home and logged on to PirateShip.com and entered the requisite information, and it produced UPS international options ranging from $29.07 to $59.64 to get my package to London by Thursday. I will never return to this store unless I am dropping off a package that already has a prepaid label affixed to it, though I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to charge me for that, as well.

By 9:35 am we were driving out the door. Very courteous staff. There are 2 SIGN IN SHEETS: One is for picking up your vehicle and the other is for dropping off. BRING YOUR REQUIRED PAPERWORK completed and you should be processed out quickly. Your next step would be to take it to a business that does emissions and inspections.
