Each time I keep coming here, my experiences get worse. Store is not large but has a few main signage's. I've mainly picked packages up with ok staff. This last time was a drop off and the staff who I tried dropping my package off was very rude about telling me I needed to scan the package myself before dropping it off. He was unhelpful in letting me know where before I figured it out and was able to leave my package. There was no signage for the scanner machine and staff have never been that friendly but this was just a rude exchange. Unfortunately, it's a close location to me so I use this place only if necessary but the staff are not that great from my experiences. read more

I popped in quickly and everyone was so nice and helpful. I was able to be in and out to shop a package in just a couple of minutes.

I'm in this FedEx fairly often as I route as many online ordered items here as possible. I've been in at all times of day but prefer early mornings or late nights so as not to encounter a lot of other patrons. Occasionally I'll use the PCs, but that's rare, especially since I got a printer at home. The staff may not exactly be friendly but they're never rude and quickly retrieve and scan my packages so I can be on my way. Parking here can be problematic, but I seem to always get the spot in the front, which may or may not be a legal spot. Either way, I'm in and out so quickly, it doesn't matter. read more

I just needed to print something; but it sure is helpful finding a place that lets you do that reasonably efficiently. Even after Google Drive betrayed me, I was able to email my file to FedEx, which immediately returned a link that I was able to use to download and print my file. Convenient. The location was open for good hours on Sunday, and was a nice downtown building with plenty to offer besides a printer. I've always had good experiences shipping with FedEx, but the whole selection of office products and services is helpful for a frequent traveler like me. read more

This fedex is the closest to me and is the most convenient. I was extremely pleased with their service to help me ship multiple boxes to my new home. They are straightforward and are knowledgeable at what they do-- quick and easy. Parking is the only thing that might be tough to find but they have street parking. I really needed to get stuff done and also needed to buy a USB stick. The manager was helping a customer get passport photos and he answered my question even though he was with another customer. It did not take up the other customer's time. Then when I needed help, he came over to the station and showed me step by step. He made sure it worked before going back to the desk/cashier. I am giving 5 stars bc the employees knew what to do and were attentive and pleasant. Also, everything was working (workstations, printer, scanner, copier). So thanks! read more

This place sucks ASS, i brought in a small package on Tuesday February 11 to have delivered to California by Friday, the young lady informed me that it would be an additional $69 (cool) the young lady assured me that the package would be there by 4:30pm Friday, February 14th. I waited until 830pm (est) to see if the package arrived and it hadn't. So i checked the tracking number and it said "estimated delivery date 2/17/2020) so i called Fedex and they told me "your package wasn't delivered because it was dropped off after the pick up time" i asked the operator "what time was the pick up time?" She said "830 pm". My transaction was processed at 7:28pm. WTF is going on at FedEx??? read more

If your looking for free parking around this business you won't find any unless you park illegally (which I did). So it's better to walk if your in the area. I made about 225 copies and printed a PowerPoint off my laptop in color; that was fairly easy. I was disappointed to not find paperclips, tap, whiteout, and the stuff you usually get to use at other Kinko locations. Besides that the place is well run. The staff are friendly and they will help you if you need. When I was there 4 employees were working. One last thing, make sure you guard the copier your using. One individual came up and start going through my copies, I guess she thought they were hers from the printer? Another person came up and ejected my credit card and thought he could use the copier while papers were still in the tray. If I could offer zero stars for this branch, this would be it. I work for a medical device company traveling all over the country in support of our trade show program and there's a lot of times that we need to print up posters or collateral on the fly with a short turnaround time. I got to Baltimore and found out that just that type of situation was occurring, so I submitted the print job to FedEx like I usually do, a few days before our show opened and was told by the local Baltimore office that they would have my job delivered to me prior to show opening. Show opens, no posters. Day two: no posters. In the meantime, FedEx is just stringing me along telling me they had to outsource our job, it's too large to handle, we'll have everything delivered to you in a few hours...well, nothing was delivered. I had an event last night that I HAD to have my directional posters for as well as our symposium posters. I was told that I would have my posters by 6pm, for a 5:30 event...REALLY?? Thank goodness, with three hours to spare, I found Curry Printing on Google Maps, called and spoke with Danyell, emailed her the files and with an hour to spare before my evening event, I had the posters in hand!! Now why can a small local print shop manage my job in an hour and a half, but a big corporation cannot? read more

My experience here was extremely positive as I showed up on a fairly urgent matter on a Sunday afternoon. A college friend was visiting for the Woman's March in DC and as she was about 45 min into her road trip back to Michigan I realized she left her laptop at my apartment. Not something many of us can go without these days, so I stopped by the store to get it delivered to her as safely and as quickly as possible. The young lady helping me was great and packaged it up perfectly trying to avoid the larger shipping boxes to save us some money. It arrived a day and a half later safely to her apartment door. Unfortunate to see this store holds the FedEx and late Kinko's brand at stake. A brand that is known worldwide to compliment and assist the most state of the art communication of all kinds, for all ages and all professions and personal interests. Yet tonight I experienced one of the laziest persons acting almost annoyed to simply answer my question instead continually mentioning and then repeating and then cutting off my question again stating their WEB ADDRESS where I could go and do what I needed myself instead of ask her to do her job and give me a minutes worth of information. Personal human interaction is dwindling. I am one of the biggest users and advocates of technology, in fact it is rare I pick up the phone to ask a question I can derive from my electronic resources. When I do, I expect an honest answer or an honest "I don't know but here's how we can help". Instead I found myself spending 20 minutes (on the website without an option) to do something I KNOW from weekly experience with my cherished FedEx Office and Print Centers NATIONWIDE takes mere seconds with the help of a FedEx rep. I am astonished. I have never looked up a FedEx Office and Print Center on yelp before now, but judging from previous experiences I read just after my phone call, I will continue to be more conscious to protect my professional reputation with a business that upholds their branded experience each and every time. Long story short, my documents have been sent elsewhere so I will not meet this "customer service representative" in person. I just cannot take the chance. read more

Terrible customer service and high prices. I'll start by saying this was my first time going to FedEx to use them for office services and I hate that I was disappointed. I stood in the lobby for approximately 5 minutes while 2 employees chatted casually with a customer who I'm assuming is a 'regular' at this location. One of the center employees finally looked up at me asking in a monotone voice "Do you need help?" Why yes, of course because I'm standing here at the counter looking at both of you is what I was thinking but I replied "Yes." I then explained to her that I'd like to scan some paperwork and I asked about pricing (because FedEx customer Service doesn't give pricing over the phone and each center has different rates) and she says that it's 89 cents per page to scan and 45 cents a minute to use the computer! Unbelievable. Office Depot is 27 cents per page to scan and offers a friendlier, more office like environment. I won't be returning here. read more

What is this place? Simple task: I have a thumb drive, a few files to print and copy. Ask worker guy wandering around how to achieve this. He mumbles something I couldn't understand and points to a group of people gathered around the main desk. Behind the desk, a woman on her cell phone. No one helping the crowds of people. Decide to try the self-service. Computer won't read thumb drive. Whatever... I'll download from my Dropbox. Try to print, doesn't work. And in the meantime, their system has pinged my dropbox so many times it has logged me out saying I'm getting hacked. Total for this experience: $3.60. Complete fail. Nothing printed. Nothing copied. I came here to mail a large poster for work and I spoke to the woman working and she started helping me. She was moving quite slow, but I didn't mind because I was the only one in there at the moment. However, people started coming in and standing in line waiting to be next. She seemed to be the only one working and it was around 9 am on a Monday morning. After looking at the poster I had, she grabbed a box, popped it open and put the poster inside, but then realized the box was too small. So she went to the back to try to find another box. Then another employee came out from the back and they started chit chatting and ignored the growing line behind me. The other employee went back into the other side and left the line of customers waiting. The lady that was helping me came back with a bigger box and continued moving at the pace of a snail. If I would have walked into this location five minutes later, then I would have been in the long line waiting...and waiting. And I would be very mad. I was geting upset just how long it was taking this woman to get my package ready to be mailed! It might have been a little better if she was friendly, but she was very bland and not at all personable. When she was finally done, I hurried out of the store to my car to make sure there was no ticket since I decided not to pay for parking since I thought I would be in and out of there in no time. Luckily there was no ticket, but next time I think I will look for a different location when I need something mailed. read more

I work across the street from this location and have been here many times for copies and faxes. On one occasion I needed a particular cardboard card made for my military job (National Guard). I needed it to be a special color and format. The employee who helped me double checked with me on my order and got it exactly right. Quality control was excellent! read more

Edwin is such a positive, wonderful associate at this location. I have visited this location several times over the past few months. At every visit, I see customers treat the staff here HORRIBLY. The staff are always friendly, and handle hostile customers well, but it is extraordinary to me that the staff can maintain their composure. At my most recent visit, I watched Edwin interact with a young man who was outrageously rude to him. Edwin was cool as a cucumber and polite as could be, despite the young man's atrocious attitude. It was amazing to watch him handle this volatile customer like a pro! He efficiently handled the long line of customers, and helped me with multiple projects. When I came back the next day to pick up my print order, Edwin remembered me by name, and remembered our conversation from the previous day. He thanked me, I paid for my order, and I left. Turns out I had left a part of my order at the store - Edwin called me almost immediately, relaying that he would make sure my order was safely set aside for whenever I was ready to come back and pick it up. What service! Honestly, all of the employees at this location are really fantastic people; the fact that they maintain a professional and polite demeanor despite the horrible way customers treat them is astonishing. Only experiences I have had at this location have been terrible. Both times (and I promise I will never go there again!) have resulted in them making huge mistakes. The first time, the printouts my wife needed for her art portfolio were not colored correctly. Their printer was not calibrated correctly, but their manager decided instead that it was a good idea to argue with the customer. The second time, I needed what I thought was a simple job done, a set of business cards printed. I went to pick them up, and looked at them and noticed that all of them were cut terribly. Instead of apologizing, the employee gave me various excuses like their cutter was not working correctly...and yet, they still tried to give them to me and see if I would take their asymmetric cards. I asked for the refund, and they were quick to give it to me, but no apologies or offers to do a rush job on the product. The employees at this location I have dealt with obviously don't care about the quality of their work, and try and pass poor quality work on the customers in hope they will accept it. I highly recommend that no one ever visits this store for anything beyond really simple job tasks. read more

There were at least 3 employees working yet it was struggle to have more than a single employee helping customers. It was hard to communicate with 2 of these guys, an the third was impossible since she wouldn't even come out from the back to help. It quickly escalated from 3 customers waiting, to 5, to more than 10. No one was getting served and it was unclear why. I still can't figure out what I paid for insurance or if it would have been negligible to add more without much more cost. read more

An hour later I'm still standing at the counter because this employee is incapable of measuring boxes and weighing them, and even though I explained one is going to one person and the rest are going to different person, he still did not understand. He made excuse that there were other packages ahead of me, when there were only 2 boxes he needed to scan. I can't believe how slow this service was. So infuriatingly slow and arrogant. read more

Terrible quality products, terrible service! I printed 6 large format (4ft x 6ft) posters from this location- these are pricey (about $180/each). I went to pick them up and the lady behind the counter was clearly unpleased she had to do anything- slowly trudged away and came back with them about 10 minutes later. They were all a bit crumpled and creased, and two of them were printed at a significant slant, so they were virtually diagonal on the banner paper. They were supposed to give me a discount from a coupon (which an employee had verified the day before), and the lady behind the counter just sighed and said she couldn't enter it in, she didn't have the authority (hello, I already entered the coupon code in through the web submission of the order). Waste of a lot of money printing here- terrible quality and horrendous service (I've used FedEx Kinkos many times when I've traveled elsewhere for work and have always been happy with their service, this is beyond ridiculous!) read more

Picked up a print job from this FedEx location that I had ordered online. FedEx offers better prices for simple printing than the competition, at least at low volume (0-100 sheets). The gentleman who provided me with my order was polite, efficient, and competent. I believe his name was Anthony; he's doing great work. The time sensitive delivery is in Baltimore The end of the day was coming and I needed something delivered yesterday! Awful service, slower than slow. I came in to pick up a package, the delivery of which had already been fumbled the day before by the laziness of one of their drivers. So I walk in and there's one person in front of me. No acknowledgement from the woman working behind the counter. 10 minutes go by, she's still helping this guy get his affairs in order. Is he sending top secret documents to Russia? All it takes is an acknowledgment of my presence and an "Ill be right with you." None of that. Finally it's been a few more minutes and this guy finally finishes whatever was so important that it took that long to take care of. I pick my package up in under a minute, and the woman behind the counter has the gall to comment on how quickly it went. So you couldn't have asked me what I was there for while I was waiting for this guy whose transaction was clearly more complicated? Common customer service sense, if someone is waiting a long time, you ask what it is they're there for. No apology from her either. Disgusted with FedEx. They need to train their employees to not be utter garbage, and I will be complaining to the company about this one - service this poor should not go unnoticed. read more

DO NOT USE FEDEX TO SHIP TO BALTIMORE The FedEx drivers of Baltimore will leave packages on your doorstep whether you live in a good neighborhood or a bad one. I got married last month and so far I have had over $300 worth of gifts stolen off my doorstep. And those are only the ones that I knew were coming to me. I asked the FedEx delivery man not to leave things on my doorstep last time he delivered to me (that I was home for) and once again this afternoon he left another one there. Had I not been home I would never have even known I was missing a package. No other delivery company in Baltimore would ever leave a package on your steps in the city, the rest of them take the time to leave you an attempted delivery note. FedEx does not care who gets your packages as long as they can say that they left it near the right door. If you are planning on shipping something to Baltimore use UPS or USPS if you want to make sure it is delivered to its intended recipient. read more

Ok, as fate would have it I was just at the Fedex Kinko's in Baltimore, MD at 11 S. Charles St. about 11/2 hours ago around 10:30 p.m., and the gentlemen tried to convince me that it would take me 1/2 hr. to scan a 6 page document and save it to my thumb drive. He told me that he could do the same task faster than I at .89 cents per minute. Now I already knew that if I did it myself I was told it would be .31 cents per minute. Because I did my homework and called that store earlier. I told him that I didn't want to pay .89 cents per minute, and that if it took me a half an hour to scan a document then something is wrong with their equipment. I quickly informed him that he was not talking to a novice, but a professional. Well I did the task in 10 minutes, and would have done it in 5 if the equipment had been faster. I have to admit liiving in Philly has spoiled me. I am use to going to Drexel University and scanning for free, and faxing for little to nothing. Here in Baltimore the University libraries don't have scanners attached to their computers. Because believe you me I would have been on them. Also when you go into this store it is not a 24 hour store another Philly perk that I am use to. Read all the instructions on the scanner and it's use before you put your card in. I also didn't like the fact that I had to pay for time spent while the scanner warmed up. That is time and money. Also face your document face down and the top of the page facing you so you don't have to waste time on a 180 degree rotation. My first sheet I had to do a rotation. read more
