They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. It's definitely the nicest UPS store I've been to. They have self-serve kiosks to the left as soon as you walk in. The staff was really friendly and clearly very excited to have a customer! They asked how I knew they were even open so I'm guessing business has been slow so far. I have no doubt things will pick up quickly though. I also learned that the same owners of this UPS location also own the one in the Rotunda which is where I normally go, but this new spot is a convenient location if/when I'm heading south. My GPS was trying to have me make a weird U turn to get here but it's on the corner of Eastern Ave and President St so I just turned onto Eastern and the store was right there in the bottom level of the Avalon. Street parking can be pretty limited in this area but on this particular day I didn't find it hard to grab a spot.

First was to make copies and scan some documents, which the gentleman working there dropped everything and helped me do it in under 2 minutes. He had me check my email to make sure I received the copies before he erased them on their computer which was super nice and reassured that my personal info wouldn't be saved on their computer forever. It was also super cheap, I thought it would be marked up for something so simple, but it was under $5. Second time was to drop off an Amazon return. Two other customers were also turned away at the same time. I needed to buy a box for one of the returns and was told I couldn't even pay in cash but apparently the register was completely closed before the actual closing time. If the store stops processing transactions before 6:30, that should be made clear somewhere, either on the door or online. It's a huge inconvenience to rush over after work thinking you have time, only to be turned away early. Definitely disappointing and not the level of service I expect from UPS.

We needed 5,000 copies total of two designs, for a fundraising gala, J H Furst Co, not only gave us the best prices, they also gave us the fastest time for printing and delivery. Robin, who does the actual printing was also amazing, the day of printing my team realized there had been a mistake on our invitation address, we reached Robin, and she fixed the error in record time before printing started. Our order was a time sensitive one, as we only had one week to have the invitations ready and sent. We got the invitations in record time of two days. They have the option for courier delivery, and we took it (5 our delivery with invitations). I can't emphasize how great this company, and the people working in it, are. Now they charge $2.99 for the first BW page of anything, which is insane. Other UPS stores within 2 miles of this location charge between $0.33 and $0.40 per page. But the MOST insane thing happened today when I tried to ship a 1-pound package to London and they told me the cheapest option was $375! Needless to say I took my package and left. I went home and logged on to PirateShip.com and entered the requisite information, and it produced UPS international options ranging from $29.07 to $59.64 to get my package to London by Thursday. I will never return to this store unless I am dropping off a package that already has a prepaid label affixed to it, though I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to charge me for that, as well.
