I was just in there to laminate two papers. I called ahead of time and she said it would be no…read moreproblem. I would have to pay an express fee. I get there. I'm the only one this lady is helping another lady is helping another customer at a different counter. so the lady proceeds to tell me that she's going to charge me a 30% express fee for her to eliminate it within the hour. And she said this isn't await/shop around service you will have to come back. Does this laminating job take over an hour to do? Does it take an hour for your laminating machine to heat up? Shouldn't it take just a couple minutes to heat up and you slide these in the sheets and then feed them through? Her response : well yes, but what if 20 people walk through the door? I would have to help them. LADY I AM in the store AND THE ONLY ONE that you were helping right now. What is happening? So I literally asked her if I could pay for the two laminating sheets, and I would take them home and laminate them myself? And she was like we don't really do that. We don't sell the sheets and I'm like well. What's the difference you give me the two sheets I can go home laminate them myself, I leave them here and you stand there on your phone and take over an hour to laminate the two things like it makes no sense. And then you have the nerve to tell me that they do not hire enough people? OK I am coming in and I am paying for a service. Why would you stop helping me for my service? If another person was gonna walk in and get a different service? That's absolutely ridiculous.

Warning: Avoid This Business at All Costs…read more After four years as a loyal client, I placed an order for large real estate signs--only to find out too late that they were too heavy for me to pick up. The salesperson never informed me of this crucial detail. When I approached the owner to resolve the issue, his "solution" was to "credit" me for only half the price while keeping the most expensive part--the brackets. Rather than doing the right thing and offering a fair refund--especially knowing I would be reordering--the owner refused to even take phone calls from me or management. His complete disregard for customer service and professionalism was so appalling that we had no choice but to cancel our contract after four years. If you're considering doing business here--think again. You could end up out hundreds (or thousands) of dollars with an owner who won't even pick up the phone to make things right. It is a low class operation and it starts with the owner, Bud.

Store owner and manager refuse to take accountability even when they acknowledge staff mistakes. Unfortunately the highly valuable one of a kind Chihuly glass piece shipped by UPS Store 0542 arrived broken, which is why you put appropriate insurance on UPS packages. This is where the UPS store failed me by incorrectly assigning half the insurance value requested, which has cost me almost $3,000 in claim value. I reasonably requested a 100% refund of the $595.20 packing and shipping costs to provide a small portion of the money I was unable to recover. Since that request the UPS Store owner and manager has tied themselves in knots explaining (when I can actually get them to engage in a conversation) why they don't owe me any refund on what I paid them, while acknowledging their staff made a mistake on the insurance claim value! THIS ISN'T THE STORE YOU WANT TO DEPEND ON IF THINGS GO WRONG!
