I needed 2 posters printed and didn't want to do it myself. I Googled print companies in my area, and Work Printing and Graphics came up in my search. I called and discussed my needs with one of the owners, then was able to walk over to show my hanging option for the posters. It was a quick and successful conversation where the owner told me he'd order my posters. 3 days later I was able to pick up the posters for a reasonable price. Checkout was easy and I was satisfied with the entire interaction. If I have print needs in the future, I'll definitely do my business with Work Printing and Graphics! read more

I am on the West Coast, and needed a printer in Baltimore to do a job with a couple of odd requirements. After contacting several companies and receiving either a "no," or no response at all, I finally found Work Printing. They completed my project quickly and even managed to overcome obstacles to get it delivered on time. It's hard to let go of control to somebody clear across the country, but Rob was really responsive and gave me confidence that everything would turn out okay. Which it did. Thank you! read more

Stunning turnaround & quality printing at a great price! I will definitely consider doing future printing here, both for work and personal needs. This was a fraction of how much it cost in-house at University of Maryland and half of what it would cost at some other print shops in the area. I approached Rob about a job at 4pm in the afternoon which is REALLY short notice; I barely had it in the right format but he said he'll make it work, and he did. I got 500 handbills, beautifully produced and cut, for a rock-bottom price of $58 in time for my event at 10am the next morning. I hope I can get my stuff together sooner in the future, but I was IMPRESSED with this first experience! Being a citizen of Pigtown, I am proud that such a great business is in the neighborhood and gladly promote them :) Note: Parking is easy too; I had no problem finding several spots right in front to pick up my order because it's not really a high-traffic area like N. Charles St or other downtown areas. read more

Rob and Work Printing and Graphics were fabulous to work with. I had an urgent, complicated request while at a tradeshow, and they turned it around in the SAME DAY! My materials turned out perfectly, and I appreciate how accommodating they were with our urgent request. I would highly recommend them to anyone - I wish they were in my city so they could be my primary printer! read more

I have been meaning to give Work Printing a glowing review for some time. But today, they were so incredibly gracious, I had to take stop in my tracks and write this. First of all, Work Printing & Graphics is very supportive of their Historic Pigtown community. In the past, they have donated their time and materials often for community newsletters, brochures, and much more. This is also the place that you can pick up your "PIG" sticker to show off your Pigtown support! But today, they really went above and beyond. My friend needed to go to a specialized hospital, and needed to fax the hospital some paperwork to make it happen. She was staying at home by herself, and didn't have the mobility to go out. She thought about grabbing a taxi, but the truth is that she just doesn't have the strength to walk around or wheel herself, and I wouldn't be able to help her until after the hospital closed, setting her back another day from being admitted. Since the house isn't far from Work Printing, I went out on a limb. They offered to pick up the documents from her, and fax them to the hospital to make our lives easier. What a saving grace! Now hopefully she'll be able to be admitted without any more hold ups. Such a HUGE help, and genuinely great people. :) read more

Working Printing & Graphics has been ever so helpful! I have used them for printing large and small posters for my office as well as personal projects. They printed my save the date cards and thank you cards. The turnaround time was quick and the quality was spot on. Their customer service was top-notch...and believe me, I made them work for their money. My job has very specific ideas and visions and they were able assist me in achieving them. Debbie even took the time to explain the difference between CMYK and Pantone colors, so I could have a better understanding for future project. I highly recommend them! read more

After getting engaged earlier this year, I became a regular at Work Printing. They did our save-the-date postcards, wedding invitations, and thank you cards, and they all came out beautifully. Rob was always available by phone or email and the service was professional, affordable and incredibly fast. Being able to send over a file and pick things up the next day was awesome. When my graphic designer took forever to get our invitations finished, I knew that we didn't have to worry about the printing, at least! Best of all, Work Printing is locally-owned. Highly recommended! read more

I was in a rush. I had a convention coming up the following weekend, and I hadn't gotten my book printing done yet. Skimming through the local print shops, I came across Work Printing and Graphics. When I came in, I expected to haggle over the time frame and pricing. I didn't expect to come away as satisfied as I did. Rob, the clerk on staff, was very warm, energetic and friendly. After going over the request, I left him with the files, and we went back and forth over email about the full scope of my printing. Email reply was prompt and swift, which was a godsend because, as I stated earlier, I needed those books that weekend. Turnaround was swift, and by Friday, I'd had my books and promotional material. Never have I ever had service turnaround that quickly, and with such quality! I know I will definitely be using Work Printing and Graphics in the future for a long time to come. read more

My review for these kind folks is short and sweet like their service. They were timely, they got my job done quickly and looked exactly as the hubby designed. And the price was reasonable. They are dependable (hubby has been using them for maybe 2 years or so. I like not having to guess about the quality of a product & service. Pay the man, give me what I want! Thanks WORK! read more

I have used work printing a handful of times for simple resume printing. Rob has always been super quick (within an hour) for a small job like that. My current employer uses them for all their printing needs and since I live a few blocks away, I am often tasked with picking up our materials. So when my cat went missing a few weeks ago and I needed posters printed immediately, work did just that. Deb even rearranged the pictures I attached into a more attention grabbing style and when I arrived to pick them up about 20 mins after I sent the email, I was greeted somberly by Rob who gave me the flyers free. I couldn't believe his kindness. I just became a bride-to-be and I know exactly where all my printing will be done. Such a wonderful small business that everyone should sup read more

Found Rob via the Internet last week and submitted a request for some leaflets for a conference in Baltimore this week; not a remarkable feat at all - except that I'm in a sleepy little ENGLISH village in the United Kingdom and Work Printing & Graphics is in Baltimore, USA! Rob promptly sent me a proof having dealt with the conversion from UK to American sizes and arranged delivery to the venue. I never left my lounge. Now that's what we Brits call service.
