Norma J. ABC Imaging is my printing "Go To" source. I have used their services on various projects and have never been disappointed. Tom and the crew at the downtown Baltimore print shop are very professional and it is reflected in the work they produce. It doesn't matter if I've submitted a large or small print request, each project receives 5 star treatment. I am also impressed with the pricing -- you get quality product at a good price. ABC Imaging lives up to its motto "impress every client every time." I can truly say, I have NEVER been disappointed. The work is done with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and reasonably priced. read more

As an out of town conference attendee, I was relieved to find ABC Imaging so conveniently located to my hotel & conference center. I chose it over the UPS store attached to my hotel because of the customer service I received over the phone when I called for a quote. Yes, it was $0.25 less per page but beyond that it was the genuine interaction made me feel I wasn't being taken advantage of as a tourist that impacted my decision to use them. I appreciated the convenience of emailing my documents and walking less than a full block to pick up my order in less than 24 hour turnaround time. read more

I have been a customer of ABC Baltimore for well over 10 years. When I changed jobs - I told my new employer we HAD to use ABC because of Tom Rhodes. He is absolutely amazing. He and his staff go above and beyond with everything they do. They are all about the client and what they can do to help. You'll never find anybody better at their job than Tom. He and his assistant, Jessica Campitelli just helped us with an unusual binding project we brought into them late yesterday afternoon. It's amazing just to watch Tom jump into action. Words can't express how awesome they were. read more

We have been very pleased with the work that ABC Imaging has provided for our business. We are in the construction business and are constantly in need of drawing prints for bidding, reference, and for the actual construction of the local community schools and businesses that we are pursuing. The drawings printed are always very accurate and of best quality. I want to specifically thank Tom for all his exceptional efforts to provide this top quality printing and excellent customer services in record timing. Thank you ABC! read more

First, I want to say that Tom is a generous and friendly guy. He was prompt and helpful in assisting me with formatting my file for printing, providing fast turnaround, and offering reasonable prices for my needs. This was my first time buying prints for a museum gallery, and I was worried about the type of paper to use and how the light would reflect the photos. Tom did his best and even went the extra mile to print more samples to let me choose the best option. I am pleased with my choice of business to get the job done. read more

ABC Imaging at 38 South Street in Baltimore was such a pleasure to work with. I needed a large quantity, (hundreds of pages), of documents to be emailed that day. I called, was given a very reasonable price and was advised to bring the documents to their office and they would email them as soon as they could that morning. I delivered the documents and ABC Imaging was able to email the documents immediately while I waited. It is so rare these days to receive such accommodating service. Nancy C. read more

We approached ABC Imaging of Baltimore with an urgent last minute request from another office in our company. It was a mid-afternoon Friday request need it on Monday, we were located in Northern VA and the site was in Aberdeen MD, so we had little hope. Working with Tom, he helped us put together a solution and was able to have it ready and delivered on Monday as needed. The boards looked beautiful and were a great support to our event. Definitely would recommend them and use them again! read more

The store in Baltimore on Guilford near the Inner Harbor is my GO-TO for all my printing because they are helpful friendly reasonable quick... brave and true! The trick is to understand that if you really need to go to the physical store, the parking garage next door is where you park. But you can do A LOT on line and the quality and service are the same! read more
