Robin, who does the actual printing was also amazing, the day of printing my team realized there had been a mistake on our invitation address, we reached Robin, and she fixed the error in record time before printing started. Our order was a time sensitive one, as we only had one week to have the invitations ready and sent. We got the invitations in record time of two days. They have the option for courier delivery, and we took it (5 our delivery with invitations). I can't emphasize how great this company, and the people working in it, are. I got the scanned electronic files and large prints only two days after bringing them the 25mm negatives. Perhaps more importantly, the Lab Manager, Cindy Aquilar, patiently and expertly explained to me the options and the implications of each options - both technically and economically. The results were spectacular for a fair price (less than the cost charge by rude shop in DC).

Brian walked me through the process, and even shared one digitized tape first so I would know what to expect. Then he himself personally digitized all the tapes over two weeks! So much faster than the out-of-town services, which can take months. I am so happy with the results. The videos look great. It may cost more to do it locally, but you are paying for the peace of mind of having it done by a professional right in town, keeping your tapes safe and doing the job right. I can't recommend them enough!
