They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. This last time was a drop off and the staff who I tried dropping my package off was very rude about telling me I needed to scan the package myself before dropping it off. He was unhelpful in letting me know where before I figured it out and was able to leave my package. There was no signage for the scanner machine and staff have never been that friendly but this was just a rude exchange.
