I have been in this location several times and there is one guy here who is always so friendly and helpful. He isn't distracted or bothered if the store is busy. I have been to this location twice where Robert has gone out of his way to help me. Conversely, the other employees there deliberately avoid eye contact or rush to the back of the store to avoid offering assistance. I'd actually give this store one star; however, Robert is so helpful and seems to be the only one in doing his job. read more

Fedex sucks! These people "lost" my overnight package. How do you loose a package that was to be sent overnight???! One of the items in the package was an urn containing the remains of a family member. read more

This may be the worst FedEx in their fleet. I would rather hand draw a replica of my images a hundred times than ever use this FedEx. Its actually impressive how they accumulated so many incompetent people in one location. I own a business and have worked with over 45 fedexs across the country... this FedEx WINS for the worst location. Customer service is non existent, all the staff have attitudes... they actually lied to my face I guess thinking I didn't know anything about computers and how printers work... they quoted me double what every other FedEx quotes and way over charge. they close early randomly even when you're given a pickup time. Also Don't trust their turnaround times.... just an overall horrible experience. The manager Amy needs to be let go as her leadership has attracted some of the worst employees I've ever worked with. read more

This review would rate 2 stars if it hadn't been for a helpful team member (can't recall her name) who issued credit for failed prints. Very nice and professional. But, what happened to Kinko's? I get on their self service computers to print two PowerPoint pitches for two very important presentations and was faced with VERY S-L-O-W hardware (we're paying by the minute, btw...) and because of some import issues with photos on PowerPoint, I couldn't print these things out unless they were converted to PDF!!! Big, Big Elvis (well, he looks like big, big Elvis) wasn't much help and the FedEx PCs don't have Adobe. Had to go home, convert, email and return to what was a great Kinko's store to finish the job. I'd buy a color printer if I HAD to but this place is there when I need it, no matter how much I hate going there. Always an issue with self service. I only need color copies a few times a year. For printing this place is amazing! Had to do a project for my media graphics class and was working on it late at night wondering how I'm going to have time to get it printed and pick it up before my class the next day. Good thing they're 24 hours! Amazing! Uploaded, ordered and paid for my order online in 5mins around 9pm, an hour later my order was ready for pick up! Definitely take advantage of the 24 hours because during the middle of the day/lunch time you will be waiting in a line. My project turned out really nice and I'll be going here for the rest of the semester. They also have computers, printers & fax machines! read more

I recently visited this location to have 80 postcards printed in high quality. I placed the order with an employees help and was called later that day to pick it up. While I was there I was surprised to learn of all the different print products they have. I knew they did all sorts of shipping, and provided shipping materials to do the job right. But did you know they did vinyl signs? Not just the "hang on the wall" stuff, but they also do banners in various sizes, right there in the store. No waiting! I was impressed. When I went to pick up my order I was in a rush, so I simply scooped up the closed box of prints and headed home. I looked them over later that night and they were HORRIBLE. The printing was streaky, so the black background was amateur at best. I returned the next day and showed them the problem. Everyone staffed agreed immediately that it was a bad job, and the manager ordered 1,000 copies (I had originally ordered 125) of premium products at no additional cost. I was very appreciative of this decision. When I arrived to pick up the second load of postcards, I reviewed them and they were perfect. While a mistake was made, mistakes are an every day experience. It was important to me that the business acknowledge the issue and provide a fair solution. I felt the solution provided was more than fair, and they earned my loyalty for their efforts. While I did have to spend extra time getting the job done right, I wondered how much of this was my fault for inspecting the work AFTER I accepted the product. Overall, I encourage you to try this location for your printing needs. They earned my patience and trust, and the pricing is very fair. For a 5-Star rating, they would have to reduce the number of mistakes made. A different personality might have moved on for good. But again, everyone makes mistakes. read more

The customer service is non-existent, and I say that because I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and no one ever helped me (I was the only customer at the counter). I walked next door to their competitor and they completed the job in 15 minutes (no meal or accommodations necessary). Plan accordingly if you must utilize their services. read more

I came in with a complicated printing order and I did not know exactly what I needed and she walked me through the entire process and it was ready same day. Was also very happy with the final products, looks just as good as items I have had printed at Minted or other higher end online sites and was half the cost. This place sucks so bad. The layout is terrible so you walk in and never know where to walk in and stand. No one EVER acknowledges your presence there and they all have an attitude when they finally greet you. Is it the lighting or the paint that makes you all act like jerks? I hate that I have to wait 30 minutes every time I am simply just dropping boxes off that have everything ready, just need a drop off receipt. Incompetence at its finest! read more

I had to put one star on this review to get it posted, but in reality I am giving ZERO stars for the Fed Ex Ship & Print Center on York Road in Timonium MD, who refused to hold a package that required my signature for 4 additional days even though I explained on the phone that my significant other was in the hospital with metastatic cancer and he needed me there with him. I had requested that they hold the package for 4 more days, when I would be able to pick the package up and sign for it. In addition, for the entire first week of my SO's hospitalization, I called, went online, and posted notes on my door requesting evening delivery, to no avail. After 3 attempts to deliver during the day, my package ended up at this Fed Ex office, which flatly told me that they had my package, but it is Fed Ex policy to send the package back to the sender after 5 days under all circumstances, and their system will get 'dinged' if they don't. No apologies, no empathy, just a robotic reply that makes no sense whatsoever. Fortunately, the company that sent the package to me had the compassion and common sense that Fed Ex does not, and contacted the Timonium center to ask for the delay. They too were refused. The package will go back to the company (without a 'ding' to Fed Ex's system), and when it is received, the sender will handle it appropriately with me - hopefully WITHOUT using Fed Ex. read more

I've used this store in the past with success, but this last experience was awful. I sent them a large format document which I had purchased digitally and asked them to print full scale. After being given grief about Copyright violations, I contacted the company from which I purchased the document. They provided me with a letter to present to Kinko's stating that I had purchased the electronic document and therefore had the right to print for my own personal use. When I went to pick up the document, it was priced wrong and printed at the wrong scale. I asked for it to be reprinted, and yet again it was not at full scale... After all the frustration I sent the document to another company that is locally run by the owner himself. He understood the copyright laws, did not hassle me, and printed the document at 100% the FIRST time! I think I'd rather pay a few dollars more, have the job done right, and support a small business owner! read more
