Jet Tees saved my weekend. I had an event this past weekend that I needed a T-shirt printed for. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself waiting until the last minute to deal with the printing. I called these guys on a Wednesday morning, met with them Wednesday afternoon, and had my small order filled within 24 hours. Not only were they fast, helpful and courteous, but they also did excellent quality work. The shirts looked great. Since it was a small order they did transfer prints but they also offer screen prints for orders over 12 items. To top it off, they are incredibly reasonably priced. Compared to corporate online outlets, these guys come in at close to half the price. At the prices quoted, I will definitely be back to get some shirts screen printed. They offer shirts as well as printing, or you can drop off your own apparel items and they will scale the cost of the job for printing only. I can't recommend these guys enough. I had stop by prior and spoke with Calton who seemed to have a quite confidence in the work he provides. Calton explained pricing well, and offered price breaks where he could. I received a proof for approval the same day, and my order was ready for pick the next day. Getting the order the next day won't be the case with all orders, but in my case it was. Currently struggling with this business. I've had my fair share of ups and downs depending on who I am working with. To start with, Emily is great. She was very timely with her emails and wanted to make sure that I got everything I wanted. Then I started working with Clayton. I understand that I ordered 14 "jersey-like" shirts that I needed in a week, but there seemed to be complaints all along the way. One complaint that really threw me was that they said it was going to be difficult to give the girls their actual numbers and if I wanted that then I needed to add a dollar to the cost. This eventually brought the cost of my shirts up to $16 a piece! Maybe I'm just naive on the cost of printing shirts, but that seems pretty steep to me. I was then told the shirts should be ready on Friday, but Friday came and I had to call them to see when I should go pick them up. Good thing I didn't just assume any time on Friday since they won't be done until 6:30pm. Finally, when I was ordering the shirts I asked for them to be done in a more "artsy" sort of way with a cool font or colors. I am not an expert in shirt design so I was hoping that Clayton could help me come up with something cool. When I got the shirt designs back they were pretty boring and it didn't really seem much thought went into designing them. They were just your basic jersey. In short, I haven't gotten the shirts back yet and I am sure they will be just fine, but after the cost, the lack of effort, and the headaches I don't know if I will take my business back to Jet Tees. read more
