Warning: Avoid This Business at All Costs…read more After four years as a loyal client, I placed an order for large real estate signs--only to find out too late that they were too heavy for me to pick up. The salesperson never informed me of this crucial detail. When I approached the owner to resolve the issue, his "solution" was to "credit" me for only half the price while keeping the most expensive part--the brackets. Rather than doing the right thing and offering a fair refund--especially knowing I would be reordering--the owner refused to even take phone calls from me or management. His complete disregard for customer service and professionalism was so appalling that we had no choice but to cancel our contract after four years. If you're considering doing business here--think again. You could end up out hundreds (or thousands) of dollars with an owner who won't even pick up the phone to make things right. It is a low class operation and it starts with the owner, Bud.

The prices would be roughly the same but then I would have to pay for shipping and wait for delivery. I said to myself one day: "Why don't I just go with the guys that I know will do a good job and are right here in Baltimore County?" Now I save time by emailing directly to the owner Thatcher. They always take care of it and the prices have stayed low.

I received no notification regarding the status of my order from fully promoted. I contacted them on December 6 to find out the status of my order for I had not received anything from Fully Promoted. I was told at that time that they had not received enough orders for the product I had wanted and they were contacting my high school regarding how they wanted to handle it. I was also told that I would receive notification that day in an email re my order status. I received no notification that day, nor any notification prior to that. I called again on December 12 and was told that there were not enough orders so my money would be refunded. This was a Christmas gift for a dear friend of mine. It is now too late to do a special order from another company. The company should have notified me immediately when they were not enough orders for my order to be fulfilled. They knew on November 13th. that they did not have enough orders and did not communicate this information to me. I had to call them, twice! to get any information. This is extremely poor customer service!! I tried unsuccessfully to submit this review not clicking any stars because I believe that is what the review should have.

We hired PDR Web Solutions to get a website up and running and revamp our logo. We were told it…read morewould take 2 months @ $3000 a month for them to deliver. $6,000 for a website seems steep; however if they are as good as they claim to be it would be money well spent. After several failed attempts at getting them to meet a single deadline we had to dispute the charge. Two weeks after the dispute we received an e-mail from them with actual concepts for the work they were asked to do. So we gave them a second chance; which was a big mistake. Essentially they wanted us to pay them $6,000 and not provide a single piece of deliverable marketing material. When we disputed the charges for a second time they sent an email thread which did not show the complete thread. They want to get paid to mail it in and they put each customer on a service package so you are unable to dispute. However we entered into a different type of agreement and they still tried to keep our money. STEER CLEAR!

I contacted PDR Web Solutions in January, 2019 to assist in marketing my property management…read morebusiness. I signed a service agreement with the owner, Jonathan Passley, which stipulated PDR's fee at $500/mo. with the first months fee waived and an advertising budget of $500/mo. Our service agreement took effect February 1st, 2019 and could be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. I started to receive calls on February 19th and by March 27th had taken 23 calls total. Only 9 of the calls were legitimate leads in my geographic area (one in Canada!), not ads themselves (2 from DHL in Chinese) or actually looking for property management. On March 31st I sent Jonathan an email explaining that I would like to terminate the agreement and he replied he was sorry to see us go and would stop everything immediately and waive the 30 day notice. On April 1st I received a billing statement from my bank which showed charges from PDR and Google in the total amount of $3385.05. Based on our service agreement I should have been charged (from Feb 1st to Mar 31st) a $500 fee to PDR and $1000 for advertising. I made several calls to Jonathan which went unanswered and followed up with an email, which also went unanswered. In addition to those charges, I was billed $333.05 in April and another $1850 in June. In response to the fraudulent charges I have 3 on-going investigations involving my bank, Google and the Baltimore Police Dept. (Precinct 6 Towson). Hopefully Jonathan finds some ethics and resolves the issue without going to jail for unauthorized use of a credit card. Buyer beware with PDR Web Solutions.
