The folks at AWI are the BOMB- Being in business for 32+ years and I'm still not as well tuned into the web side of life which I should be. Albeit we've been highly successful over the years, we believe there was more to be accomplished via our web site. Our site was outdated by 12 years. Spoke to other web design firms and was made to feel like a child due to my lack of knowledge w/ web sites and todays acronyms. Met w/ Craig and was made to feel the exact opposite. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for these services. They are expensive and their SEO results are dismal. They build a decent web site but nothing spectacular and you can get a better deal somewhere else. I wanted to deal with a local company but their online marketing program produced zero results (literally) and was outrageously expensive. It made me wonder if they knew what they were doing. When I voiced concerns about a lack of SEO results, they offered no solutions but wanted to continue the existing program that had yielded no results. Management was remarkably unresponsive and detached and offered nothing to address my concerns. Buyer beware. read more
