The environment is professional and the staff is friendly. What was really disappointing is the way they handle payments for the participants. Instead of issuing you a check, they pay you in gift cards! Not only do you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get the cards but after using the card, your balance is compromised by some " fees for service." It is absolutely crazy. Subsequently, you have to jump through hoops to get the rest of your money. It is simply not worth the time and effort to participate with this group. I would suggest going to other firms in the Baltimore area where you will get paid the right way and in a timely fashion.
