We hired PDR Web Solutions to get a website up and running and revamp our logo. We were told it…read morewould take 2 months @ $3000 a month for them to deliver. $6,000 for a website seems steep; however if they are as good as they claim to be it would be money well spent. After several failed attempts at getting them to meet a single deadline we had to dispute the charge. Two weeks after the dispute we received an e-mail from them with actual concepts for the work they were asked to do. So we gave them a second chance; which was a big mistake. Essentially they wanted us to pay them $6,000 and not provide a single piece of deliverable marketing material. When we disputed the charges for a second time they sent an email thread which did not show the complete thread. They want to get paid to mail it in and they put each customer on a service package so you are unable to dispute. However we entered into a different type of agreement and they still tried to keep our money. STEER CLEAR!

I contacted PDR Web Solutions in January, 2019 to assist in marketing my property management…read morebusiness. I signed a service agreement with the owner, Jonathan Passley, which stipulated PDR's fee at $500/mo. with the first months fee waived and an advertising budget of $500/mo. Our service agreement took effect February 1st, 2019 and could be terminated by either party with 30 days notice. I started to receive calls on February 19th and by March 27th had taken 23 calls total. Only 9 of the calls were legitimate leads in my geographic area (one in Canada!), not ads themselves (2 from DHL in Chinese) or actually looking for property management. On March 31st I sent Jonathan an email explaining that I would like to terminate the agreement and he replied he was sorry to see us go and would stop everything immediately and waive the 30 day notice. On April 1st I received a billing statement from my bank which showed charges from PDR and Google in the total amount of $3385.05. Based on our service agreement I should have been charged (from Feb 1st to Mar 31st) a $500 fee to PDR and $1000 for advertising. I made several calls to Jonathan which went unanswered and followed up with an email, which also went unanswered. In addition to those charges, I was billed $333.05 in April and another $1850 in June. In response to the fraudulent charges I have 3 on-going investigations involving my bank, Google and the Baltimore Police Dept. (Precinct 6 Towson). Hopefully Jonathan finds some ethics and resolves the issue without going to jail for unauthorized use of a credit card. Buyer beware with PDR Web Solutions.

Gregg Landry and his Baltimore County-based businesses -- Bluerock Productions and Towson Transfer…read more-- were recommended to me by the engineer who headed the BO&E department of CBS TV affiliate WJZ-TV. CBS had been a client for many years and I needed boxes and boxes of old VHS tapes converted to digital. Gregg went above and beyond. He quoted a price (Towson Transfers) , but then made the effort to weed out duplicates and tapes too badly decomposed to produce any good digital images and the result was a reduced bill and a body of work worth viewing. He also helped me cart the whole pile up to his office. But wait! It doesn't stop there! I also used his other company, Bluerock Productions, which offers video and photography filming services, editing and more and wow! Did he sure deliver on the "more!" On Christmas Eve I got a last-minute call from a big casting director looking to insert me into a Hallmark Film where the other actress had to drop out. I needed to do an audition ASAP; have the video production quality GREAT and have a "reader." Gregg answered his phone on Christmas Eve and agreed to come into the office the day after Christmas to help me film the audition. He was a great reader, and the quality of the video was superb. As I had just moved, all of my equipment was in storage, not accessible and not many people are willing to be a reader "at the last minute" anyway. What a super all-round great guy, great companies, great work.

First rate production company with a friendly, professional and talented staff. They always have everything you need for a successful shoot and seem to have a soft spot for passionate filmmakers. The region is stronger and better for having Bluerock as part of the film and video production community.
