There is probably a good reason that DC Web Designers is your lowest bidder. It's a true case of…read morebuyer beware. Our company hired them to revamp our website. The promised us a multitude of solutions that they were unable to deliver on. Finally two years later they did in fact deliver the promised outcome but only after multiple bouts of them going silent and coming back to demand payment for the undelivered solution. As if that wasn't enough, they have multiple times along the way attempted to double bill us for solutions from design to hosting fees. While waiting for them to complete their two year project, we had the technology they used reviewed by a few other firms to find out what it would cost to get the job completed by another firm so that we could have a complete web solution. According to those other firms, the entire platform they were building our website technology on was antiquated well before the project was even started. Pay a little more and get what you deserve. Or save every email you ever send them and demand in writing everything that is discussed.

Along with the various designers that worked on the project. This was a large and complicated project, with 3 different admin panels, various API plugins, front end/back end strategies for development, detailed UI/UX design, and many other things they did for me. The planning phase was essential, and they only used 70% of my budget, allotting the remaining funds to the UI/UX phase which was much more detailed and complicated, but they nailed it. This company really cares about your project. They don't just treat you as a dollar figure that will eventually be in their bank accounts. They both have, and show genuine interest in your project.
