I am frustrated and irritated that I cannot print off labels through my account online. Today I came in with five 9x13 envelopes that were being shipped by ground to different locations. Given that this was for work, I had to request a receipt to submit to my employer. I always hate to ask, as the associate will have to type each individual recipient label. The worse, is when there is a line and I am the reason why there is a delay. Erika was the associate who assisted me. It took awhile as each label was for a business which requires more info to be typed. After she typed the info for the labels, the labels printed but stalled for the fifth label. The screen showed, "processing...". Long story short, she had to retype all the labels. Ugh!!! I had offered to go to the work station and type up the labels myself, but Erika said she didn't mind. She certainly went above and beyond the call of duty and was pleasant the whole time. I'm sure if I were her, I would have been sour and irritated. Good thing I am not in retail! I like that this location has convenient hours. It is open late and on weekends. Erika informed me that they also have pick up express on Saturdays. I asked him if I needed to clean the car. He said his guy would take care of it. I brought my car in at 8:30am. Bill stated "it's a wrap not a paint job so it will look perfect from 10 feet away but not up close." I told him I understood. At noon I arrive to pick-up the car. Bill brings me to garage. The car looks great; from 10 feet away. Up close the roof was perfect. The hood had bumps and wrinkles. The bumps were from the dirt that was on the car. Little bits that the tree drops on my car. When I pointed this out his demeanor changed from friendly to aggressive. He agreed to fix the biggest bump; and did so very well. He then informed me that the car scraped the bottom when he pulled it in. He handed me the keys and had me back it out. I did so slowly. It scraped again. Also my car was covered in gray dust. Bill apologized and said "I was sanding in here." I left feeling unsatisfied. I called my friend that owns an automotive shop. Showed him the pictures and told him about the car scraping. Also, informed him that now my exhaust makes a rattling sound. He stated it was not acceptable work for the price and suggested I go back. I did, and Bill was outright rude. He was offended that I got a second opinion. He said he gave me what he said he would. I can't argue that he said it wouldn't be perfect. When I asked if the surfaces were cleaned first. He said it was wiped with alcohol. I keep my car waxed and the car was dirty coming in. Now I have a wrap on top of dirt and wax. Not thinking it's going to last long. He agreed to remove or replace the hood wrap only if I signed a paper waiving responsibility for damage to my car. So I'm not going to sign a paper so an angry, rude shop owner who doesn't properly prep, work on my car. Not to mention his "stuff happens" attitude toward my car be scraped and damaged. Lucky for me my friend will fix my exhaust at no charge. I'll tolerate the hood until I save to have it painted. Bill huffed "This is why I don't do wraps for car guys!" So if you are a car guy, save Bill the trouble and go somewhere else.

This was a large and complicated project, with 3 different admin panels, various API plugins, front end/back end strategies for development, detailed UI/UX design, and many other things they did for me. The planning phase was essential, and they only used 70% of my budget, allotting the remaining funds to the UI/UX phase which was much more detailed and complicated, but they nailed it. This company really cares about your project. They don't just treat you as a dollar figure that will eventually be in their bank accounts. They both have, and show genuine interest in your project. They do detailed and thorough reviews of your proposed strategies and provide great strategic value to the project. This is the kind of company who will always strive to make sure your project gets to the finish line.

This small design and print shop has very good prices, quality, and customer service - some things…read morethat other print shops lack. I have been going here ever since graphic design classes in 2007-2008. So now, I go for small print jobs. Their prices are very affordable compared to Kinkos or Staples. They also have very good customer service. It's also not as crowded or busy, so your print job gets done right away (they take walk ins) or you can pay-now and pick-up later, like next day. The only bad thing is that they close at 5pm, but if you call ahead, they can leave it outside for you to pick up, etc. They really do try their best to get it to you by whenever you need it. I've picked it up from their front door at off-hours in the night time. They do tax-free for nonprofit organizations as well, so that's another plus. In terms of design, I don't know of their quality. As a graphic designer myself, I brought all my work pre-designed, but they do have a graphic designer to do logos and layouts. Overall, it's affordable and they make your experience so much nicer with their friendly service. You can ask about all the options and paper types they have. They let you feel out the paper widths, and also print out 1 copy for you as a proof. (Unlike Kinkos, where they make you pay and are incredibly stingy with their paper)...
