Serkan and Omar did a great job explaining everything and did an awesome job making my vision come to life! We started with 2 step paint correction. They did such a great job making the clear coat look really good and made my paint shine. Then I went with full front clear PPF + ceramic coat. I also had them ceramic coat the rest of the car. I went with 20% ceramic tint on the sides and rear. I went with 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. They even helped remount my dashcam with static stickers. I also had the front bumpers red lip wrapped in matte black PPF + ceramic coated. I had my headlights and the light bar tinted with stek DYNOshadow. I had the taillights tinted with stek DYNOsmoke. They also put on the smoked vinyl I got from badgeskins on the rear bumper reflectors. I had glossy pillar covers attached that I supplied and they ceramic coated them. Last, I had them hit the car with R1 Revive which is the same brand as their ceramic coating. It made the hydrophobicity like day 1 and the paint was so glossy! The car looks so good! They did such a great job! I came all the way from Baltimore to have everything done! They are so nice and knowledgeable! Their prices are great and they really hooked it up! Their shop is so clean and they have a loft with drinks, couches, tv, and PlayStation for you while you wait! I took my Tesla Model X to Cliff for paint protection film (PPF) install and ceramic coating…read more Starting with the first communication over text he was professional, responsive and answered all of my questions. His quote is also the most affordable by a good margin. I ended up going with the Suntek Reaction film, with has ceramic coating built-in, to the front of the car and ceramic coat the rest. Cliff was communicative throughout the process so I know what's going on at all time. My car took a bit longer because the condition of the paint was worse than expected but Cliff and staff polished the whole car glass-smooth before applying the film and the coating. In Cliff's mind he is doing me a dis-service if he applies the coating/film without doing proper polishing, which I appreciated greatly. He also sent me pictures during the process to show that he actually take the time to remove the fender trims so the film can be installed with minimum visible seams. He also wrapped the edges of my hood, which a lot of film places won't do. I got my Model X back better than new. Cliff and Parker are passionate and professional. Does amazing work while keeping it extremely affordable. I can not recommend them enough.

I'd had the car for a while and she'd been through a few things, so I thought a wrap would give her a fresh new life. I already had clear PPF installed on the front from another shop shortly after purchasing the vehicle, and when Twenty Wraps ran a special, it felt like the perfect opportunity. I chose a beautiful golden-flecked white wrap that still looked close to the original white paint at first glance; which was exactly what I wanted because I love white cars. I worked with Alex throughout the process. He communicated well, helped me set everything up, and the turnaround time was excellent: about 2 days plus a few hours on day 3. He also explained proper wrap care, and I added windshield tint while the car was there. Overall, my first experience was very positive. Unfortunately, my second experience was very different. In March someone hit my parked vehicle and caused significant damage to the driver side and front bumper. Repairs required portions of the front bumper, quarter panel, and both passenger doors to be rewrapped. I contacted Twenty Wraps for a quote because I initially trusted them based on my first experience. I stopped by in person to discuss everything, received an updated quote, and reminded the employee to send me a digital copy for insurance purposes. I paid the full balance upfront; not just the deposit - so materials could be ordered and my appointment secured. Originally, I was scheduled to drop the car off on a Monday, but late Sunday evening I was informed the material shipment had been delayed. I adjusted my schedule and dropped the vehicle off the following day instead. I was told the turnaround time would be one day. However, my car appeared to sit untouched the entire Tuesday. I knew this from both my Tesla Sentry Mode notifications and the fact that I live literally down the street from the shop and could see the vehicle still sitting outside that evening. By Wednesday, I still hadn't heard anything, so I reached out to ask about pickup timing because I had appointments scheduled that day after already rearranging plans due to the material delay. I was told the car would be ready by 1 PM. When I arrived, they were still actively working on it in the back, so I waited. Because I needed to leave for another appointment, I didn't have much time to inspect the work thoroughly before driving off and honestly, I trusted them based on my previous experience. Later that day, I noticed the front bumper appeared noticeably more matte than glossy and did not match the rest of the wrap. I reached out via text asking why the finish looked different, but I never received a response. I followed up again a few days later...still no response. I eventually called, and the person who answered said they would review the messages and call me back. I never received a callback. I'm genuinely disappointed with how this was handled. The second install feels rushed compared to the original work, and the difference in quality is noticeable when comparing the old wrap to the newly wrapped panels. More disappointing than the issue itself was the complete lack of communication and follow-up regarding my concerns. My first experience gave me confidence in recommending this shop, but after this second experience, I honestly can't recommend them to my car-loving friends or family. Professionalism and customer service matter just as much as the work itself, especially when customers are paying premium prices and placing trust in your business.

I am frustrated and irritated that I cannot print off labels through my account online. I had…read moreproblems when I tried to ship via ground since I don't have a scale to weigh my package which is generally an envelope. Today I came in with five 9x13 envelopes that were being shipped by ground to different locations. Given that this was for work, I had to request a receipt to submit to my employer. I always hate to ask, as the associate will have to type each individual recipient label. The worse, is when there is a line and I am the reason why there is a delay. Erika was the associate who assisted me. It took awhile as each label was for a business which requires more info to be typed. After she typed the info for the labels, the labels printed but stalled for the fifth label. The screen showed, "processing...". Long story short, she had to retype all the labels. Ugh!!! I had offered to go to the work station and type up the labels myself, but Erika said she didn't mind. She certainly went above and beyond the call of duty and was pleasant the whole time. I'm sure if I were her, I would have been sour and irritated. Good thing I am not in retail! I like that this location has convenient hours. It is open late and on weekends. Erika informed me that they also have pick up express on Saturdays.
