I took my Model 3 to another place and had the worst experience. I came to BWI Motorsports after I…read morepurchased my new Tesla Model Y. I really wanted to tint my windows to help block out the sun for my infant. Kie and Van were fantastic. The rest of the staff were so professional too. The lobby/waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I was actually able to wait for my service on site with my daughter. They offer a huge variety of services and they're in a good location. I highly recommend BWI Motorsports for tint, wraps, protection films, and other auto customizations.

Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines, etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. You'll see more of the same type of experiences. Beware !

I came in not knowing anything, just knew I wanted a higher truck lol but they were patient to answer every question and make sure we were working in my budget. Got the truck in first thing in the morning and they had it done same day! I'm so excited with how it turned out and super happy to know about this place! They are honest and don't scare you into fixing things that don't need to be fixed, work with your budget in mind, even price matched tires at a better rate! Highly recommend these guys, thanks Wes and Bruce (and everyone else at Adrenaline Offroad & Customs)!

I heard about Adrenaline Offroad through the Jeepforum website. The owner, Jeff, was consistently…read moreacknowledged as being thorough and fair, and somewhat OCD about the work he performs. Since I was looking to get a bunch of new items installed on my recently acquired 1996 Jeep Cherokee, and since the dealership was ridiculously expensive, I contacted Adrenaline. Right from the start, Jeff was promptly answering all my questions, and even bringing up some issues or better practices I could explore along the way. The work I needed done was not simple - a whole new suspension, new brake systems, new driveline, new steering link system, and new slip yoke eliminator - but his shop was more than up to the challenge. They work on all kinds of Jeeps, and he is himself quite an enthusiast, with several Jeeps of his own and an active participation in the local wheeling community. As the work was being done, he updated me constantly with progress reports and problems discovered along the way. He always gave me options and his personal thoughts on how he would do things. He answered so many questions, including those not directly related to the job at hand. In fact, every time I visit, he and the other guys in the shop are friendly and more than willing to talk about Jeeps in general or yours in particular. They always seem to have cool projects underway and are always happy to have you up and under to look at what's going on (on yours or someone else's). After the work I had done, Jeff insisted that I bring the vehicle back in after 1000 miles to make sure that everything was working fine. In fact, we found a small problem with a failed seal on the transfer case, and he plans to install it as soon as the replacement comes in from the manufacturer. He is always quick to respond via email to questions. Currently, I am waiting to have a new rear bumper installed with the shop, and I will certainly be headed to Adrenaline Offroad for many more of my projects with the Cherokee. The only reason I gave 4 stars is for responsiveness. I often have to wait a week or two for an appointment, since there are only three lifts in the shop and there are ALWAYS tons of other projects they are working on. I understand this, and in no way do I think it detracts from the overall quality of the business, it's just a reality I would let others know about. Otherwise, I don't trust anyone else with my Jeep.
