I'm so disappointed because although the people there are nice the actual shop is infested with bugs! I didn't mind that considering I thought it wouldn't affect how they fixed my car but I got my car back and within 20 minutes of driving I saw 3 bugs inside! I was absolutely disgusted. On top of that they told me my battery was low and after getting my car back I called triple A to replace it and they told me my battery was fine! Seems like they were just trying to get extra money out of me. Incredibly disappointed with my experience here and will not be returning. Earlier this year, I got rear ended for the first time. I was kinda lost on what to do, but I'm glad my parents recommended this place to me. When I brought my car over for an estimate, I knew I could trust this place when Danny climbed under the car with his back on the bare ground to look for damages. Outstanding body shop. I shopped around for estimates from several different body shops and Dobbin Auto Body came in with the most reasonable estimate by far. Communication was great, and the guys over at Dobbin Auto Body kept me informed every step of the way. They painted my front and rear bumpers, fixed moderate scratches on the passenger side door, and fixed a dent on the passenger side fender in just over four days. I've personally been coming to Mr. Cho for about a decade now. They offer affordable quality body repairs. Sometimes their paint work gets shoddy, it seems they're always changing painters for some reason, but I've been pleased with them overall. Whenever I have a problem, they're quick to fix it. Just a warning, if Mr. Cho or Buzz tells you its going to take 3 to 4 days, add an extra day or two to that date.
