They told me my car was ready to pick up, I go and pick it up and my back license plates were stolen. Luckily they covered for that. But I think the car parts they used are for an older car model, my car looks lopsided. I was hit on the top right corner, there's a small gap between the door to the front, and it's not the same on the left side door. Someone either hit or dropped something on the top of my trucks tailgate right where it bends in (the strogest part). II took it to Carbody for an estimate, Gino was very helpful he explained why PDR wasn't possible it would need bodywork. He worked up two estimates one doing bodywork the other replacing the tailgate. Body work being the cheapest I opted for that. They took the Tailgate off there and then so I still had a vehicle. They had it done in a couple of days, Gino even used his own truck to do a fit check. I would bet money no one could tell where the dent was. Highly recommend the Laurel Carbody Collision Center! Not only do they do excellent work but Gabe and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They know what needs to be done, and they do it right! I was recently in an accident, and being new to the area, I was unsure where I could go to get high quality work at a fair price. I brought my car to Carbody Collision Center and was treated with the upmost care and respect. Bob takes a lot of pride in both his excellent work and offering a fair price for his work. He is very up front about how he arrives at the estimate and takes away egregious up charges on parts. Not only did Bob take care of the body damage, but he even cleaned out the mats in my driver and passenger seats, cleaned my windows, and buffed out a few other scratches away from the main area simply because he is a great man and takes pride in his work. I needed to change my license plates but the screws became rusted over the years and stuck. A few mechanics I went to before weren't much help until I came to Bob. He's been the owner of Carbody Collision for over 30 years. Bob was able to see me the same day I called, he kindly changed my plates for me, fixed a loose bumper I've had for years and even cleaned my doggy headlights. And he did it all with no charge! Bob proved to be very knowledgeable at what he does, down to the nuts and bolts of a car. His office staff was also very helpful and friendly. Imagine you've got 250 miles ahead of you and suddenly a metal sheet from the underbelly of your car drops and drags as you zoom up the highway going 75 MPH. Bob is awesome. My car was never the same after one of my wheels got caught on a storm drain. I went through at least 3 different shops over a couple years and the mechanics kept telling me that there was nothing they could do. Bob listened to our troubles on the phone and said that he had some ideas. After a couple days he gave me a ring back and said he had an idea to fix it. I have been using Carbody Collision Center for several years and their work is always excellent. They will work with your insurance company to insure that your vehicle is repaired to their exacting standards. There were electronic issues with my vehicle after an accident and, although they had completed the body repairs, they continued to work with me until the electronic issue was identified and corrected. I have had to ask them to expedite a repair and they always come through for me. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you need a vehicle repair, this is the place to go. read more

I had my Jaguar XKR repaired by Bob and I cannot express how incredible the work he did on my car. Showroom quality work !!! My car is metallic dark blue which is a tricky color to deal with , but the work that was done is perfect . he also buffed out and detailed the car making it perfect all around. I had a small dent right above one of the wheels of my car and went to Carbody to have it fixed. Talked to Bob who was really pleasant to talk to and on the day of the scheduled repair he even dropped me off and picked me up from my house to save me some money from having to get a taxi cab (I live a few miles away from their shop). The Paintless Dent Removal tech that they called in did a fabulous job on removing the dent despite it being at a difficult location. You really can't tell that a dent was ever there!
