Nobody kept me updated on the status. I needed a rental - they work with Enterprise on that. I had to keep calling and checking on the status of my vehicle and then calling Enterprise to extend the rental vehicle. When I called here, I felt like I was bothering them! My car looked fine after the repairs, but it was just the back and forth and it really should not have taken that long. There are plenty of other shops around. Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car.
