You looked at the issues I pointed out and because of your experience were able to fix them on the spot using just your hands. Impressive!! You were able to adjust and manipulate each point of displacement back to normal in a matter of minutes. When you told me these adjustments were "freebies" I was astounded! I was fully expecting to pay for any services provided and even offered to pay "something" as you had returned my car to its original status. You declined. Wow! Nothing left to say except. Thank you being you.

It took me MONTHS and dozens of calls to get my car fixed. I was given every excuse under the sun on why they couldn't fix it sooner (back order, part was lost, they thought it came but it didn't, more back order, "parts guy" is out, it's lunch time, etc...). Almost 9 months later and a few dozen headaches, my car was finally fixed. I will admit, their customer service in person is great and they are very kind people, however they are not reliable at all and will take advantage of your kindness and patience. I'm convinced that the only reason they fixed their errors is because we threatened to report them to Geico. Stay far away from this place unless you are ready for a headache. When Monday came, we called 3 times because we were never updated on the status. Each time the receptionist told us her manager said it'll be ready later that day. The 3rd time we called she said it would be ready Tuesday morning and they would give us a call (I guess they wanted us to stop calling). Tuesday morning came and went! We called around noon and she said it was going through inspection for quality assurance and would be ready later that day. They NEVER called us. We drove by the lot around 5pm and the car was just sitting there, completed. We decided to come on Wednesday to get the car because the rental place had closed at that point. There was still no call from the receptionist, at any point, and the car was sitting collecting additional hours to bill the insurance company. I would not recommend them for service.

Firstly, nothing gives you any indication where Genesis is. After confirming the address matched, we went inside. Evidently they share space with Kelleys, having a small desk inside with the name Genesis on a small banner in front of the desk. After finding the desk, they tell me right off the bat that they don't do alignments. What? So we pull up our Groupon to show them, and ask why it allowed us to schedule it online as an alignment if they don't do them. Well, now she says, "Oh, a Groupon. Well, we have a big job we are in the middle of, and we only have one lift. We probably won't be done until next Tuesday, but come back Friday to see." How is it you just told me you don't even do alignments, but once I show you evidence that you are selling alignments, all of a sudden you do, but can't because your ONLY lift is in use for a "big job?" Customers inside were arguing with technicians about messing up their vehicles, and a customer out front said, "Man, this place is crazy. They don't know what they're doing!" Needless to say, we got a refund on Groupon and are taking our vehicle to A & S Auto Clinic in Gaithersburg. We were trying to not drive that far, but having used them a few times and being treated with respect, honesty, and our vehicle being repaired properly, we will make the drive.
