Kassy's coaching services are LIFE CHANGING!…read more I found Kassy and Authentically Awakened Coaching during a very pivotal point in my life. I was in a dead-end career and looking to make an industry change. Originally, I just wanted some resume help and was not even remotely considering an actual life coach. However, from our very first consultation session, I knew Kassy a divine talent! From the initial call, she asked all the right, probing questions and at the end of the call, I KNEW I needed to invest in myself and seek her coaching services. Kassy is professional, informative, trusting, intuitive, and extremely easy to engage in meaningful conversations with. I found her coaching style to be very probing, but not in an invasive way. It has to be her natural ability to connect and even relate to me. Never once did I end a session and wished we never spoke. If anything, I wanted more time! At the beginning, I wanted simply wanted help with my resume, but at the end, she has helped to change my entire life!!!!! I give Kassy and Authentically Awakened the highest of recommendations! 6 stars, on my scale!!!

They really went above and beyond to place me with an awesome company and even went above and beyond for the employer to get me hired on permanently sooner rather than later. Seriously so pleased with this company and their staff, in particular Carly and Lauren are truly wonderful. I could not be happier with this whole experience.

During this phone call I could tell Darlene was not using a "cookie cutter approach" and took the time to really get to know me and my goals. A few days later we met for what was a very educational and insightful appointment into my goals, work history, working style, experiences, drive, passion and motivators. This was such a wonderful and personal experience that not only led to a resume that truly reflects my unique value, but Darlene provided wonderful insight and counseling along the way. I have been working professionally in sales/marketing for almost two decades and for the first time in my career I have a resume that truly showcases my "unique value" based on the experience, time and care that Darlene exemplified. Her professionalism is top-notch and her vast knowledge and insight of so many different industries is why I give Resumes&Beyond 5 Stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get your resume past the scanners and into the hands of the decision makers.

Simply the best! I reached out to YES career coaching…read morebecause I was feeling stuck and ready for a change in my work. My resume was OK, but I wanted to put my best foot forward. The team did a fantastic job on rewriting my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. I ended up applying to a handful of jobs and got an interview immediately. What ended up happening though is that during the resume rewriting process, I developed this newfound confidence in my work that I never had before and I was going to go after what I wanted to do. I started to network with people that I knew in my area at different companies and ended up with an opportunity that was a perfect fit for me. Since I was a referral, the management team was not too focused on my resume but I ended up getting the job! I am thrilled to start this next chapter of my career and I have to thank YES career coaching for guiding me to see the light I had inside of me so that I can show up and be the best version of myself. Highly recommend!!

1 Star I paid $1,800…read morefor Yes Career Coaching because I was looking for professional guidance to improve my job search and secure a cybersecurity position. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I initially left a 1-star review because I was disappointed with the service and the lack of results. After I posted the review, I was contacted and asked to remove it. I was told that they would work with me, take a better approach, and help me with my job search, and I was given assurances that I would receive better support and results. Based on those assurances, I decided to give the service another chance and removed my review. Unfortunately, after giving them approximately another two months, I did not notice any meaningful improvement or change in my job-search results. I have several years of IT and cybersecurity experience and relevant industry certifications, and I have been actively applying for cybersecurity positions. Despite this, I did not see the level of recruiter interest, interviews, or opportunities that I expected after investing $1,800 in professional career coaching. I understand that no career coaching company can guarantee someone a job, and I never expected an absolute guarantee of employment. However, when someone pays $1,800 for a professional coaching service, they should reasonably expect personalized guidance, a clear strategy, consistent support, and measurable progress. What was especially disappointing to me was that I removed my original 1-star review because I trusted the assurances that things would improve. After giving the service additional time, I still did not see meaningful changes. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision before spending a significant amount of money on career coaching. Unfortunately, for me, the $1,800 investment did not provide the value or results I was expecting.
