Their pricing and customer service sealed the deal in me choosing to move forward with them. Tara and the team were helpful and have a keen eye for small details. They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. There were major issues with lack of communication on the part of Giovanni signs staff, unreliability about when they would be out to do work on the sign, overcharging on the final invoice, and ultimately a finished product that was not satisfactory to us. The quality of some parts of the sign was lacking, and less than a year after installation, it already is damaged. Update: Giovanni staff did come to repair the part that was damaged when the sign slid off its mounting, by re-securing the sign to its brick pillars. They did this free of charge.
