And, when I created my nonprofit she was the first person I thought of to help me with my website and e-commerce store. As a small business owner myself, I am more than happy to recommend a fellow small business owner!

They over charged for a very poor quality design, and when non of the proposals was satisfying the expectations they tried to charge extra, because they alleged that we already reached the designing hours. This company doesn't cares about the customer's satisfaction but for the money, I paid them $2000 for some useless PDFs files with tiny useless logos, no vectors for edition. When asked for a refund for an unfulfilled service the owner got back to me telling me that there was no refund that he was charging for the invested hours. This is like if you hire an architect to build a modern house and you get a Mexican ranch style house or a hobbit house .... and then he charges for the invested time... I guess this is an example of how hard is to find companies with real values... in the long term doing the right things pays off with good reviews and referrals. Think it twice before doing business with this company.

Along with the various designers that worked on the project. This was a large and complicated project, with 3 different admin panels, various API plugins, front end/back end strategies for development, detailed UI/UX design, and many other things they did for me. The planning phase was essential, and they only used 70% of my budget, allotting the remaining funds to the UI/UX phase which was much more detailed and complicated, but they nailed it. This company really cares about your project. They don't just treat you as a dollar figure that will eventually be in their bank accounts. They both have, and show genuine interest in your project. I signed up for this session only after facing the fact that, as a brand new business owner, I could no longer avoid twitter, instagram, and the others and instead should begin using them to my advantage! As a non-techie however, this at first seemed a daunting task. Though I am still most definitely a beginner, Konstantin and Obed have gotten me going in the right direction for sure. And I don't just mean the right direction for using twitter. Much more importantly, Konstantin helped guide me in clarifying the direction of my business, my audience, and how to effectively reach them. If you are a new business owner, I highly recommend signing up for a social media strategy session at Sabra. I came away from this session with much more than I bargained for. That's the thing about Sabra Design, they deliver beyond expectations. My session didn't just include a to-do list for starting to use social media, it included great advice on getting over writer's block and making blogging a habit. If you want to work with a team that proves repeatedly (I've worked with them 2x in the last 5 months, and I consider myself a client for life) how committed they are to quality work and to their clients as individuals, you needn't look any further than Sabra Design.
