Yes, I wasn't happy, but i was not trying to pick a fight with him - i just wanted to ask what was going on with my phone. He quickly jumped to the conclusion that the unresponsive touch screen, which didnt start happening til after the screen replacement, was due to my phone being slow due to having low storage (i have used about half of my phones storage capacity) and wasnt willing to explore any other possibilities. Unfortunately, John wasn't able to salvage any data from my hard drive while at my house, so he took the computer to his house to keep trying. I appreciated his efforts, but he had my computer a lot longer than I expected. That said, it was fried anyway, so I didn't really need it back. When we finally did connect, John returned my old computer and offered to spruce up Windows 8 on my new one (basically to make it work like Windows 7, which I prefer). It only took him a minute to do, but it made a big difference. All this to say that I highly recommend these guys. I'm hoping that my new computer doesn't have issues, but I'll call Eric and John if it does.
