I'm a small business owner and have been using PC Technologies for about 18 years. Great service. Honest and easily explains computer mumbo jumbo in layman terms. They have been nothing but good to me and go out of their way to help. They are always available for a quick question without an appointment. Response time is usually within an hour or less!! They upgraded our business network and computers. Never lost a single thing. They to most of the work remotely. You can watch everything they do and they explain what they are doing, again in easy to understand terms for us "dumb" people. We had a bad storm a month or so ago and the lightning destroyed one of our servers. We recently had a terrible thunderstorm that wiped out our entire wifi system. They walked me through setting up the new wifi over FaceTime and then logged into my computer to finish up the rest. Amazing service! They could have come to my house, but I chose the remote option after they explained the difference in labor. They promised me it could be done remotely and if they couldn't, they would come out to my home for the same labor rate (not on-site labor rate). So, I had nothing to lose and they got my new mesh network (whatever that is lol) up and running in a hour. I now have internet everywhere. No dead spots and it works outside! read more
