Elite moving service was a complete disappointment. He never provided me with a written quote or a…read moreclear price for the move. Instead, he asked me to send pictures of my belongings and complete a questionnaire. After that, he requested a security deposit and said he would provide additional details later. Since I live in Virginia and he is based in Maryland, I was already concerned about the arrangement. The day before my scheduled move, I texted him to confirm the moving time and received no response. Later that evening, I sent another message stating that I was beginning to believe I had been scammed and asked him to let me know whether he was still planning to complete the move so I could make other arrangements if necessary. I had to be moved on that specific day. At approximately 6:00 a.m. on moving day, he finally called regarding the move. To my surprise, he sent a group of individuals he had apparently recruited through TikTok. The rate they charged was outrageous, but because I was left with few options at the last minute, I felt pressured to proceed with the move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I believe I was misled throughout the process, and I intend to pursue the matter in court to seek reimbursement and accountability.
