The screen quality is worse, which is to be expected, but also the battery drains like mad now, the touch screen is overly sensitive, finicky, and inaccurate, and worst of all the touch screen will stop responding so I have to either wait til it starts working again or hard restart my phone I did not learn how to hard restart my phone until one day the touch screen was unresponsive for over 12 hours (i could still use voice command and the buttons) so i went back to phdfix and he was very impatient with me. Yes, I wasn't happy, but i was not trying to pick a fight with him - i just wanted to ask what was going on with my phone. He quickly jumped to the conclusion that the unresponsive touch screen, which didnt start happening til after the screen replacement, was due to my phone being slow due to having low storage (i have used about half of my phones storage capacity) and wasnt willing to explore any other possibilities. "Get rid of data and dont keep text messages forever." Thanks, i guess. He then hard restarted my phone, the touch screen became responsive again, and he didnt explain how he did it so the next time it froze i had to hop on a computer to look up how to do so: hit the volume up button, then volume down button, then hold the power button for about 10 seconds. They promised to ship my data overnight, charged me $48 for it, and it was sent for an afternoon delivery. I had to call back twice for a tracking #. Once they got their $7000 (it was 2 500GB HDs) I was completely ignored. After a week of requesting my damaged HDs to be sent back (and was promised several times they were "on the way") I've finally gotten them to overnight them. But I had to send 4 email requests and call twice to make this happen. When I called to complain, I asked to speak to the head of operations. I was told they don't have one. But the "supervisor" repeated everything I had already been told and made excuses for his shitty service. Bottom line: you're stressed enough by the data loss. DON'T add to the stress by dealing with these idiots!!

I figured it might be something with the ssd. I bought a new ssd and other components and had them install everything. First off, the wiring was really sloppy. Second, random things that I never had an issue with became an issue after getting it back like when I don't touch the mouse and the pc goes into sleep mode, it won't wake back up. I have to long press the power button and enter through bios everytime. Also, I can't type in the windows search bar, or Netflix search bar or a few others. Idk what's up with that, may be unrelated. Long story short, they had the pc for a good while each time and it's worse than before
