How many businesses these days do you know of that actually combine integrity and skill to deliver what they say they will - and at a reasonable cost? If you read the About section on their website, it mentions personal relationships with customers. That's no sales pitch - it's true. I've only had sporadic computer issues over the years and, amazingly, every time I've spoken with him, it's like talking to a friend. He knows his customers! Communication throughout the process was poor, and I was rarely informed about the status of my laptop. In the end, I was simply told that the motherboard was damaged and the laptop could not be repaired. If I just wanted a second opinion that my laptop was broken, I could have gotten one much much faster and at no cost. The experience cost me both time and money, and I was left frustrated by the lack of timely updates and clear communication. I can't comment on the quality of their repair work since no repair was performed, but based on my experience, their communication and turnaround time need significant improvement.

He wanted me to drop my computer off. He works out of he home. At first it was a little awkward (don't know why because I also work out of my home) but it turned out to be a good call. But when I got it back the finger print scanner no longer worked and a month after it was fixed lines were on my screen and the phone became less responsive. They suggested I just replace it again and it was no way I was paying $330 again. No warranty or anything to compensate the fact they didn't fix my screen correctly and blamed the screen lines on a tiny scratch on the screen. Will not be back.
