They did a great job! They were able to remove our junk the same day. We were impressed by how hard they worked!

Fantastic experience from start to finish with CROWTRUCK'S…read moreHAULING! He was professional, proactive, and hardworking. He had everything loaded up in no time. Great communication, fair pricing, and genuinely nice to work with. It's hard to find people who take this much pride in their work. Highly recommend contacting him for all your hauling needs.

1/5 -- BUYER BEWARE: Crowtruck's Hauling | Joey Winter | Middle River, MD…read more I strongly caution anyone considering hiring Crowtruck's Hauling, operated by Joey Winter of Middle River, Maryland. We hired this company for a move on October 6, 2026, after providing photographs of our home, furniture, and belongings. We were quoted approximately 3-4 hours at $140/hour for a three-person crew. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but what was represented. Here's what happened: * Over 3 hours late: Expected around 10:30-11 a.m., the crew arrived approximately 2:15 p.m. with a truck and trailer rather than the moving truck we anticipated. * A 3-4-hour estimate turned into an all-day ordeal. The move required two trips despite assurances that one would suffice. Our storage facility closed at 10 p.m., creating additional complications. * We sacrificed furniture we intended to KEEP. Due to the extensive delays, we agreed to dispose of our couch and large dresser to save time and help the crew complete the move. * The job was STILL left unfinished. Our Samsung washer and dryer, king headboard, rug, mirror, Christmas tree, vacuums, and other belongings remained behind, requiring us to arrange additional moving services and incur further expenses. What happened after payment is our greatest concern. On October 7, Joey agreed to accept $1,150 and repeatedly assured us he would return that evening to finish the move. We specifically expressed hesitation about paying before completion, but he personally reassured us he would honor his word. We paid a total of $1,270. The invoice reflected payment in full. Joey cancelled shortly before his promised return, failed to appear the following morning, and ultimately did not complete the remaining work. Afterward, the invoice was revised to claim an additional balance owed. Despite our attempts to reach a reasonable resolution, Joey rejected our settlement proposal and responded by suggesting we were unwilling to fairly compensate his workers--despite the $1,270 already paid. We treated his crew respectfully throughout the move, provided refreshments, purchased dinner, and accommodated delays wherever possible. We have documented the estimate, invoices, payment confirmations, communications, photographs, and resulting expenses. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau, and we are pursuing this matter through the Maryland Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division because we believe the evidence supports a breach-of-contract claim. We paid for professional moving services, not repeated assurances followed by an unfinished job and a revised bill. Based on our documented experience, we cannot recommend Crowtruck's Hauling.

CAUTION: DO NOT BOOK YOUR PACKING OR MOVE WITH THEM. FIND ANYONE ELSE!! (Review as of Feb 2026) We…read morewere subcontracted to this company by All My Sons Moving & Storage (another dumpster fire to avoid. See separate review). Waynes Moving Services LLC aka Waynes Enterprises LLC is as SHADY as they come! This was the most stressful move I've ever had and this wasn't my first move. Dwayne "Wayne" Williams, owner, has horrible communication skills and lacks professionalism at a basic level. Prior to the move, he was on his game because he was trying to get the job and deposit (beware of the bait n switch in communication post deposit). It was all downhill after our deposit was paid. Prior to our move date, I sent him several emails that went unanswered. Our moving date was changed without my approval or prior knowledge. I asked in advance about a contingency plan for the pending snow storm. Dwayne assured me that there was no change to our packing or moving date but then no showed, no call. Then, I was completely ghosted for a solid week. No emails, calls, or texts to common inquiries, like "when should we expect your crew to arrive?". A simple phone call to discuss a new plan would've been so appreciated. He never even introduced himself when he finally came to our house. We paid a flat rate for the full service packing and moving of our house. The packers did a shoddy job. Dry cleaned dress clothing that should've been hung in wardrobe boxes was put in small boxes (trying to cut corners with material costs). Whole drawers and cabinets just dumped into boxes (spices and baking products spilled in the boxes), numerous items left unpacked at the orignal property when everything was supposed to be packed and transported, heavy items stacked on top of expensive hats, overpacked and poorly sealed boxes, and this isn't an exhaustive list. Our belongings were not packed with care or consideration. The last straw was Dwayne extorting us for an additional $400 above the contracted price because he "underestimated the job and just needed to pay my guys". They waited until two days into a 3-day move to make this "request". Mind you, our job was only supposed to take one day to pack and one day to move. It took 3 days because they arrived 6 hours late the first and second days. How was their underestimation of the work/materials required the customer's fault or problem? A reputable company would have taken that loss and honored the contracted rate they provided instead of passing it on to the customer. They had our belongings on the truck so we were essentially put over a barrel as we needed our move completed and didn't want what was left of the crew to walk off the job. We paid the extra $400 just to be done. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone I know. I plan to report them to the BBB. An absolute nightmare experience that I don't wish on anyone. If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I just hope this review keeps someone else from having a negative experience.
