Your company is littering roadways. I followed your truck and numerous pieces of junk and plastic were flying out of the back of the truck. Causing a road hazard and littering our state. You need to change or implement policies to prevent this dangerous situation and stop your trucks scattering debris everywhere. Covering the truck is not enough. If there is plastic that could fly away it needs to be secured. Please do better! read more

I had a couch and loveseat that I had been trying to get rid of since the beginning of the year. However, COVID suspended bulk trash removal in my county and when it was finally reinstated, the waiting list was 3 months long. I had resorted to renting a truck and taking the items to the dump myself, but then on a whim decided to see how much junk removal would be in my area. I found this company randomly through a Google ad, went to their website, and requested a quote. A few minutes later, I received an email from a rep with a coupon to have both items removed for way less than I was going to pay to rent a truck. It felt too good to be true. I went online, set my appointment for the next day, sat my items outside and waited. Sure enough, Turbohaul swept in and removed my items from the curb with no fuss and no hassle. Honestly, I couldn't be more grateful to these guys. I found out devastating news that we had BEDBUGS in our home, with three children. Turbohaul came on short notice, carefully inspected our place, and reassured me that I had only the beginnings of an infestation. Two WONDERFUL drivers came the next day and took a big load of crap from my house, because you cannot fight bedbugs with clutter. The next day, another truck with two fabulous employees carefully steamed the heck out of the bugs in the problem locations and laid down nontoxic powder in seams and cracks to attract and kill any remaining bugs. They were honestly the friendliest of people. They came when they said they would come. I have been FREAKING OUT about having these little devil bugs in my home.
