Your company is littering roadways. I followed your truck and numerous pieces of junk and plastic were flying out of the back of the truck. Causing a road hazard and littering our state. You need to change or implement policies to prevent this dangerous situation and stop your trucks scattering debris everywhere. Covering the truck is not enough. I found this company randomly through a Google ad, went to their website, and requested a quote. A few minutes later, I received an email from a rep with a coupon to have both items removed for way less than I was going to pay to rent a truck. It felt too good to be true. Honestly, I couldn't be more grateful to these guys. I found out devastating news that we had BEDBUGS in our home, with three children. Turbohaul came on short notice, carefully inspected our place, and reassured me that I had only the beginnings of an infestation. Two WONDERFUL drivers came the next day and took a big load of crap from my house, because you cannot fight bedbugs with clutter. The next day, another truck with two fabulous employees carefully steamed the heck out of the bugs in the problem locations and laid down nontoxic powder in seams and cracks to attract and kill any remaining bugs. They were honestly the friendliest of people. They came when they said they would come. I have been FREAKING OUT about having these little devil bugs in my home.
