The food section has an abundance of choices, but they usually only stock one or two different brands. They have a nice selection of clothing and a cute Sefora on the first floor, as well. They do need to hire some more people. Finding an employee to answer a question is a challenge. Truthfully, my secret reason for going to Target is the snacks. Yes, they always have my Baked Cheeto's and pineapple upside down cake LaraBars. I also really like their book section and I can always get my book club books here. I find Target to be a good value on some items and a little high on others. So, know, before you go! I will always be a Target shopper and I really like browsing through the store. They advised that I needed to have one of the specialists at uBreakiFix assess the phone and provide a quote or diagnostic report via email. I made an appointment online and walked into the store yesterday evening. I was greeted by a helpful gentleman named Markkel and I explained my situation. I told him what I needed and he told me based on my own assessment of what the issue could be. It was deemed unrepairable which is all the insurance company needed. Markkel then told me he would send me that diagnostic report via email shortly. There were a few other patrons that entered the store that were waiting for support / pickup of their device. I told him thank you and I received the email shortly after my visit once I got home. Markkel was super chill and helpful give him my situation with my phone. I would say I had an overall pleasant experience at this location during my visit and I would return again.

Came here to drop off some everyday batteries. Once I got to the area to drop them off, I had to get out of my vehicle to take the items to a table where an employee was there to take them. I had to then remove each battery from its bag to which the employee place them in containers they had (I saw they all didn't go in the same one). As I went through the process, they gave me some extra tips which I appreciated. One of them was that I should use shipping tape and not regular tape so that was good to know. Great service overall.

He found the problem and fixed it. The "extra mile" was his applying heat shrink to the soldered leads which has two benefits: - stabilizes the leads against strain, and, should they get pulled again, prevents them from touching and should prevent electrical short circuiting. This attention to detail is all too unusual in today's marketplace. Kudos to Elman.

Spent 4.25K, and they price-matched. The customer service at the time was excellent, and I felt like if anything went wrong with the TV, they'd have our back, unlike big box stores. Four months later, the TV won't turn on right in time for the holidays. While searching online for a solution, I realized there is a massive problem with the 77-inch Samsungs, especially the S95D (Best Buy said two of them died on their showroom floor). There is enough of a problem that a class action investigation is underway (link below). When I went to the store, the manager greeted me with "I saw your email," and yes, my email was angry. What else would you expect? You sold me an item that literally is a lemon. All the goodwill, and we're locally owned blah blah went out the door, and it's basically - hey, nothing we can do - sorry you're irrational. I was also told, Hey, we've never had any customers with multiple issues with the One Connect Box, so of course you'll find that when you search for it! It was the most flippant attitude I could have gotten, and it's OBVIOUS there is an issue with these 77-inch Samsungs, yet instead of just being transparent, they said, "We ran it up the flagpole." As an authorized Samsung dealer, I'd hope they'd have more pull to help their clients. I will never purchase an item from here again, and I recommend you never get a Samsung with a One Connect Box - they will break within 3-4 months. You might as well go to Best Buy, Costco or whatever beacuse in the end there is no power as a consumer at any of these places, and these guy's will say sorry, file a ticket with Samsung and then it's on you from there. This is the same sort of experience I've had before with the Computer Technology Center, so I was not surprised. Their office is open--they don't take your machine to another room. They'll do the diagnosis right in front of you. If the repair is simple, they'll make the repair while you watch. This openness gives one great confidence in their work. The price for the work was very reasonable. I hope I don't have another computer failure soon, but when I do, there's no question where I will go.
