They refer me to their location in Montgomery Mall I told "no thanks I have zero trust in this business when it comes to repairing cell phones". They reinstalled my cracked screen, which was now blacked out and the touch screen was not functioning. Who knows what in the world they did but completely ruined my cell phone. I had to get a new cell phone that day which caused me $450+ dollars because of them.

Maureen C. The Fix…read moreMy Phone (Gaithersburg) store is the place to come for any of your phone repair needs! My phone had a battery ready to expand within the phone case (very dangerous). This was due to overly charging the battery. Zuly, a phone tech assistant, informed me that due to safety issues, I needed to have it fixed immediately. Upon her further inspection, she told me that Fix My Phone could most likely fix my phone. Zuly evaluated the phone and ordered a battery immediately. All of this was done on a Friday, and the phone was ready the following Monday! The phone is now operating as if it were a brand new phone! I could not believe the results. Fix My Phone (Gaithersburg) saved me time and the purchase of a new phone, and I was totally blown away with the professionalism and expertise of its staff. I cannot say enough good things about this particular phone repair experience. If anyone wants to have their phone repairs evaluated and given a fair assessment and price, this is definitely the place!!!! BTW, Service, Quality and Value were definitely of the highest standard. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would! Again, many, many thanks!!!! Maureen C., Satisfied Customer Gaithersburg, MD

The "extra mile" was his applying heat shrink to the soldered leads which has two benefits: - stabilizes the leads against strain, and, should they get pulled again, prevents them from touching and should prevent electrical short circuiting. This attention to detail is all too unusual in today's marketplace. Kudos to Elman.

I later found out that these items/services were grossly overpriced and that I was cheated by the man at this kiosk. I was chaged $60 to change the battery in my iPhone 6 (this was not even an Apple brand battery) when it should have cost $45 or less, I was charged $25 for a iPhone 6 case when this should have cost less then $5 and I was charged $30 (yes $30!) for a charging cord (that wasn't even an Apple brand cord) that should have cost less than $3. The man at the kiosk has manipulative selling tactics and he refused to give me a refund for the cable and case even after I pointed out how he charged me 10x the price for some of the items. Please do not visit this kiosk. I wish someone had warned me. This kiosk does not have their prices listed and this man charges people whatever he wants. Also, the service was below average. There are many other places, and honest places, that offer these services. Beware!
