I would not recommend buying anything from them as they don't honor their policies. Update: The manager contacted me and explained that when the case was ordered from the other location the sale was considered a "final sale" and since this was not explained to me at the moment of purchase he gave me the option to go into the Sterling location and do an exchange of equal value.
