I got the wife an unlocked I-Phone 6 Plus for her birthday to replace the 4s that I got for her on her birthday 4 years ago. The problem? The sim card is different for the 2 phones. Need help... Shawn -Asst Mgr helped us the moment we walked in. You know how you hate walking past those phone kiosks in the mall because they attack you with SALES SALES SALES? Not so in this store. Everyone coming in was treated the same, whether it was a silly question, refilling of a phone card, or in our case.....transferring data ....a LOT of data (1000+ pictures). To sum it up. Shawn (and David) got her stuff transferred onto a new sim card, made sure the contacts were moved over from the I-Cloud.......we were on our way without feeling pressured into a SALE. The manager, Celeste Burgos, was highly aggressive and treated both my friend and me poorly. When we attempted to escalate the issue to the Costco manager, Mindy, we were informed that the T-Mobile kiosk operates independently from the main Costco store management. Due to the lack of basic customer service and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the T-Mobile manager, we walked away. I strongly advise avoiding this specific T-Mobile location if you expect respectful customer service

I went into the store (called ahead of time) to get a new phone but I only had about 20 minutes because I had a meeting. After speaking with the representative for a few minutes, I decided to order the purple phone because they did not have it in 264gb. When I drove away and on my way to the meeting, I realize my phone's service was turned off. She did not turn my existing phone back on. Without the service, I couldn't find my way to the meeting. Back I went and here's where it gets good. Instead of saying "oops I'm sorry, I turned off your service and didn't turn it back on, let me do that for you quickly," she made me wait 15-20 minutes (another rep helped me in the end) and took her sweet time talking to an existing customer. I REPEATEDLY asked her to please just turn my phone back on quickly ( a 1 minute thing) so I can be out of here, she just gave me that "mamm you have to wait I'm busy look"- ENTIRELY UNAPOLOGETIC OR SYMPATHETIC. By then I was already 15 minutes late for my meeting. I've been in customer service all my life and this is certainly NOT how you treat a customer. I felt I was treated extremely badly and overlooked. You do not belong in customer service girl, if you are so unhappy there, please go look for another job, elevate your being, please do not make your customers feel this way.

This was due to overly charging the battery. Zuly, a phone tech assistant, informed me that due to safety issues, I needed to have it fixed immediately. Upon her further inspection, she told me that Fix My Phone could most likely fix my phone. Zuly evaluated the phone and ordered a battery immediately. All of this was done on a Friday, and the phone was ready the following Monday! The phone is now operating as if it were a brand new phone! I could not believe the results. Fix My Phone (Gaithersburg) saved me time and the purchase of a new phone, and I was totally blown away with the professionalism and expertise of its staff. They advised that I needed to have one of the specialists at uBreakiFix assess the phone and provide a quote or diagnostic report via email. I made an appointment online and walked into the store yesterday evening. I was greeted by a helpful gentleman named Markkel and I explained my situation. I told him what I needed and he told me based on my own assessment of what the issue could be. It was deemed unrepairable which is all the insurance company needed. Markkel then told me he would send me that diagnostic report via email shortly. There were a few other patrons that entered the store that were waiting for support / pickup of their device. I told him thank you and I received the email shortly after my visit once I got home. Markkel was super chill and helpful give him my situation with my phone. I would say I had an overall pleasant experience at this location during my visit and I would return again.
