Covid review: This location requires a mask and they did not let me in, someone came outside and asked me what I needed help with. When I told them to open another line? I was able to come in. (I am assuming they are only letting people in by a case by case situation. Anyways, I was greeted by everyone and James was my main guy to help me! Then I had Ruben that assisted as well and thennnnnn the manager Carlton too that helped out!! James was extremely informative on getting my 10years olds phone setup. I wanted a nice phone number for her and James recommended the best one that was easy for me to remember. Ruben helped me with my plan options and the told me how much everything was going to be! I just wanted to say this stores level of customer service was beyond good! It was excellent!!! This is the reason why I switched from Sprint to Verizon! Thank you!

On 3/26/26 at 7:30pm I was advised by phone that the tv was not shipped from the factory and my new delivery date would be 4/2/26. On 4/1/26 I dec to go into the Rockville store to confirm this new delivery date. I was advised that my delivery date is 4/6/26 Today 4/6 /26 my tv was delivered damaged. On the right the screen was cracked, when I turned the tv on multiple lines were running on the screen with no picture. I immediately phoned Best Buy customer service and was advised that the delivery record had not been updated give it 24hours I was given this ID#373734159. It has been over 3 weeks since I purchased with no TV. This is deplorable service.

He even mentioned that someone at the register could call to see if it was possible to extend my financing beyond the standard 12 months, which has been done for me in the past. However, when I got to the front counter, I asked the young woman there if she could check on my financing terms. She abruptly said, "It's 12 months and no," with a firm and dismissive tone. I politely explained that this has been extended for me before and asked if she could just call to check. Again, she flatly refused. I then asked if she could get Neil for me. Instead of helping, she turned to another employee and started to answer their questions. After waiting a couple of minutes, I asked again about Neil, and she said, "He's gone for the day" even though I had literally just seen him in the next section over. At that point, I decided I didn't want to continue with the purchase. As a former Best Buy employee of over 7 years, and someone who helped launch the first Best Buy for Business program and nationak Geek Squad this was honestly the worst customer service I've encountered at the company. Now I completely understand why so many people prefer to shop online instead of in store.

They advised that I needed to have one of the specialists at uBreakiFix assess the phone and provide a quote or diagnostic report via email. I made an appointment online and walked into the store yesterday evening. I was greeted by a helpful gentleman named Markkel and I explained my situation. I told him what I needed and he told me based on my own assessment of what the issue could be. It was deemed unrepairable which is all the insurance company needed. Markkel then told me he would send me that diagnostic report via email shortly. There were a few other patrons that entered the store that were waiting for support / pickup of their device. I told him thank you and I received the email shortly after my visit once I got home. Markkel was super chill and helpful give him my situation with my phone. I would say I had an overall pleasant experience at this location during my visit and I would return again.

Spent 4.25K, and they price-matched. The customer service at the time was excellent, and I felt like if anything went wrong with the TV, they'd have our back, unlike big box stores. Four months later, the TV won't turn on right in time for the holidays. While searching online for a solution, I realized there is a massive problem with the 77-inch Samsungs, especially the S95D (Best Buy said two of them died on their showroom floor). There is enough of a problem that a class action investigation is underway (link below). When I went to the store, the manager greeted me with "I saw your email," and yes, my email was angry. What else would you expect? You sold me an item that literally is a lemon. All the goodwill, and we're locally owned blah blah went out the door, and it's basically - hey, nothing we can do - sorry you're irrational. I was also told, Hey, we've never had any customers with multiple issues with the One Connect Box, so of course you'll find that when you search for it! It was the most flippant attitude I could have gotten, and it's OBVIOUS there is an issue with these 77-inch Samsungs, yet instead of just being transparent, they said, "We ran it up the flagpole." As an authorized Samsung dealer, I'd hope they'd have more pull to help their clients. I will never purchase an item from here again, and I recommend you never get a Samsung with a One Connect Box - they will break within 3-4 months. You might as well go to Best Buy, Costco or whatever beacuse in the end there is no power as a consumer at any of these places, and these guy's will say sorry, file a ticket with Samsung and then it's on you from there. I asked for their best security system earlier last week, and within the same week on Friday I dropped my car off in the morning and about 4 hours later my car was ready to be picked up. Upon picking up I was showed the key details of my new system and how it seamlessly works with my old fob. I was always iffy about these aftermarket systems up until I saw it for myself how much I was missing out. The employee helping me seemed completely unfamiliar with basic designer brands. When I mentioned Tory Burch, I got a blank stare like I was speaking another language. She took the purse to her manager - a bag with an MSRP in the $600-$700 range - and he barely even glanced at it before dismissing it outright. Out of everything I brought, they offered me $15 for the clarinet and said they could "maybe" do $20 for the purse. THAT'S IT. I even asked if they could at least do $40 combined; they refused to budge. So, let me get this straight: a designer leather bag, a quality instrument, a newer model iPhone, and deadstock Jordans, and THAT was the best they could do?! If you're in a difficult spot and trying to get fair value for your belongings, save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This place lowballs people to an absurd degree and wastes your time.
