    Covid review: This location requires a mask and they did not let me in, someone came outside and asked me what I needed help with. When I told them to open another line? I was able to come in. (I am assuming they are only letting people in by a case by case situation. Anyways, I was greeted by everyone and James was my main guy to help me! Then I had Ruben that assisted as well and thennnnnn the manager Carlton too that helped out!! James was extremely informative on getting my 10years olds phone setup. I wanted a nice phone number for her and James recommended the best one that was easy for me to remember. Ruben helped me with my plan options and the told me how much everything was going to be! I just wanted to say this stores level of customer service was beyond good! It was excellent!!! This is the reason why I switched from Sprint to Verizon! Thank you!

Showed all the specials and deals they had to offer. They had a lot of Andriod phones under the promotion. Sorry but I can't get with Iphones.. The gentleman answered all my questions and showed me other products. I liked that he didn't rush me to sign up. I looked at their coverage maps and its definitely better. Its sad that I can't receive calls or messages at work. The deals seem great and all. If I do make the switch to Tmobile ..I'll come back to this location.

Being a senior and disabled Veteran, I enjoy that great pricing, and great service coverage in this area. After dropping my phone too many times...the glass screen had cracked too many times, so I finally decided to get a new phone. Emily was assigned to help me...and boy oh boy did she do a great job! I explained what I needed phonewise, we went our choices, then she helped me choose the right phone for me. She successfully transferred all my data, and I was in and out of the store in a reasonable time! When my wife and daugther are ready to change their phones..we will definitely be back to this T Mobile store and look for Emily!

I went into the store (called ahead of time) to get a new phone but I only had about 20 minutes because I had a meeting. After speaking with the representative for a few minutes, I decided to order the purple phone because they did not have it in 264gb. When I drove away and on my way to the meeting, I realize my phone's service was turned off. She did not turn my existing phone back on. Without the service, I couldn't find my way to the meeting. Back I went and here's where it gets good. Instead of saying "oops I'm sorry, I turned off your service and didn't turn it back on, let me do that for you quickly," she made me wait 15-20 minutes (another rep helped me in the end) and took her sweet time talking to an existing customer. I REPEATEDLY asked her to please just turn my phone back on quickly ( a 1 minute thing) so I can be out of here, she just gave me that "mamm you have to wait I'm busy look"- ENTIRELY UNAPOLOGETIC OR SYMPATHETIC. By then I was already 15 minutes late for my meeting. I've been in customer service all my life and this is certainly NOT how you treat a customer. I felt I was treated extremely badly and overlooked. You do not belong in customer service girl, if you are so unhappy there, please go look for another job, elevate your being, please do not make your customers feel this way.

I was told by the store employee that it would cost $300 to replace my phone screen, because the product/item being used as a replacement is a Samsung product/part. I kindly asked the staff member to see the breakdown on the computer that shows a detailed description of how and why he was charging me $300 to replace my phone screen for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.  He refused to show me the price and the breakdown of the price in the system/computer. Prior to our interaction, I was present waiting in line when he allowed a female Latina customer to look at the computer. He had turned the computer to her so she could see and understand everything he was discussing with her. After they finished, he turned the computer back to his view and angle. When it was my turn, I asked him if I could see on the computer what I am paying for and he said No. More than once, I politely asked but he refused every time. All of the sudden, he says he doesn't speak English after he was just speaking perfectly with me in English. There were 2 gentleman that were in the store at the time. They decided to assist by conversing with the staff member in Spanish and they told him what I requested. He told them in Spanish that he understood and understands what I was requesting but that's just the price. By the way, I am fluent in Spanish. As a result, I feel discriminated against since my complexion did not match everyone's who came in the store. The Basis for discrimination: I was discriminated against based on my appearance and race, as evidenced by the different treatment I received and the staff member's sudden and implausible claim of not speaking English. This is also a deceptive practice: For refusing to provide me with a detailed breakdown of a $300 service, while providing one to another customer. Combined with the sudden language barrier claim.     I recently filed a claim with my insurance company Akko and they required me to visit one of their…read morerepair centers before they would process my claim. They advised that I needed to have one of the specialists at uBreakiFix assess the phone and provide a quote or diagnostic report via email. I made an appointment online and walked into the store yesterday evening. I was greeted by a helpful gentleman named Markkel and I explained my situation. I told him what I needed and he told me based on my own assessment of what the issue could be. It was deemed unrepairable which is all the insurance company needed. Markkel then told me he would send me that diagnostic report via email shortly. There were a few other patrons that entered the store that were waiting for support / pickup of their device. I told him thank you and I received the email shortly after my visit once I got home. Markkel was super chill and helpful give him my situation with my phone. I would say I had an overall pleasant experience at this location during my visit and I would return again.

    I've spent thousands of dollars consistently at this Micro Center location over the past year,…read moreprimarily on higher-end PC components. Unfortunately, my experiences have repeatedly involved inaccurate guidance from staff and a lack of follow-through when issues arise. During a workstation build, I purchased a motherboard and was told confidently that it supported four NVMe SSDs. Based on that advice, I was sold four NVMe drives at the same time. After getting home and installing everything, I discovered the fourth "slot" was actually a Wi-Fi NVMe slot, and Micro Center does not even carry an SSD compatible with it. This should have been identified at the point of sale, especially since the motherboard and SSDs were purchased together. In that same build, I was also sold a Wi-Fi PCIe card alongside an AMD motherboard, despite the box clearly stating it was not compatible with AMD platforms. Again, this was sold with confidence by staff while all components were being purchased together. I also ran into a fitment issue with an AIO cooler. I explicitly told the associate I was using a Corsair Obsidian 1000D case, and the rep looked up the case and assured me a 360mm AIO would fit. After getting everything home, I found that the case requires a 420mm AIO in the top configuration. The unit I was sold also appeared to be an older, unbranded model pulled from the back rather than a clearly current, well-documented option adding to my concern about the recommendation. More recently, I placed an in-store hold on a Bambu Lab P2S combo after confirming availability with an associate and was given a printed hold slip with a date and timestamp. The next day, while on my way to the store, I received a call saying the unit was no longer available and had been "allocated to online inventory." The paperwork I was given showed zero web orders, and I was told the people who could explain the allocation weren't available. I was then told a manager would follow up when new inventory arrived. I waited through a holiday, called again, and was told the manager was busy and would call me back. That call never came. As of today (Thursday), the store's website shows eight units in stock, yet no one ever contacted me. At that point, it's hard to avoid the conclusion that either follow-ups aren't being tracked or customer commitments aren't taken seriously. I understand that inventory sells out and mistakes happen. The issue is the pattern: incorrect technical guidance at purchase time, documented assurances that aren't honored, and repeated failures to close the loop after escalation. For a store that markets itself on knowledgeable staff and expert advice, this has been disappointing. I'm leaving this review so store leadership is aware. I want to continue shopping here, but based on repeated experiences, it's becoming difficult to trust the guidance or the follow-through.

In terms of PC parts they're technically here, but it's not really kid in a candy store vibe for tech that I was hoping for. I've only ever done purchases, never had to get tech support so can't speak on that angle. It's a little better than buying parts on Newegg, but sometimes the variety of parts leave little room for variety. When I specific tech concerns for my rig, some of the staff kind of gave me the path of least resistance answer like "we don't do that here", not even at least trying to attempt to solve my problem or tell me where else I should go. Was hoping this would be a good spot to go if I ever did need tech support, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
