    Staff the store 14 people checked in waiting and 2 people are working. This is not the employees fault, this location is poorly staffed

November/25/2021/ I turned my son on to Verizon trying to get keep with establish credit and get something in his name for the first time. He applied online, I phone 13, and 7 watch everything went through so he was good. November/26/2021 The next day he gets an email saying they want proof of his ID, and SSN either come in store or send it to a secure cite. He decided to go in, they took copies of his SSN, but he only had the paper copy of his DRIVER LICENSE, on the Associates say that's not gonna work and then it was overrided by another manager said you sent it up he should be fine. They send it to they corporate team or whoever they said everything was fine so I left. December/14/2021/ My son gets a call from the fraud department wanting to Verify who he is and wanted a copy of his ID. My son goes on to explain the the situation and what he did when he went into the store, also let them know that his ID card hasn't came yet it should be here any day. The lady From the fraud department told him this, Don't worry about it you already came in the store and verified yourself, they were just tripping about the photo ID because you tried to order another product just wait intel December 25th that will be your 30 days and than order your product. December/25/2021 CHRISTMAS DAY My son is in Las Vegas I get a call from an unrestricted phone call wasn't an answered but I said what the hell I'm glad I did. It was my son saying that Verizon cut all his service off WTF. So when they do that you can't call from there phone, plus it was on Christmas, so he had to go through a lot of complications to get to a phone, what a bad time to cut somebody phone off smh. So I had to find a way to get in touch with Verizon because pretty much everything was close so I had to get to the payments department and get transferred to the fraud department. (Side note, it's amazing how the payment department is always open but Customer Service is not lol ) Continuing, So we got a hold to the fraud department they said they cut his phone off due to not showing proof of driver license, we couldn't believe it. We explain to the Lady what happened the lady admitted that everything we said was true and apologize, but would not turn the services back on until she got a copy of his drivers license within 24 hours, if not they will canceled everything. My son was super disgusted with the service and the lack of communication he went and turned everything into Verizon and went right over next-door to AT&T and got service with them when he got back from Las Vegas . Also when he turned everything end they were giving him hell at the store, I had to come down there just freaking ridiculous soon after that I transfer my service over to AT&T as well and I've been with Verizon for 13 years.     Not too pleased with the service. I came to the store today to upgrade my phone. My contract was…read moreup, and it's time for a shiny new phone. I had already done some browsing online, and I knew exactly which phone I wanted. When you walk in, you're greeted by a guy with an iPad. He says he's there to "check you in". Then he tells me that I'm first in line, and the next available associate will be with me shortly. It was a fairly short wait. The salesman comes over and asks what brought me in today. I told him I want to upgrade my phone and that I've chosen the iPhone 8. Then he starts asking what I use my phone for. Obvious salesman!! He's trying to feel out my needs & sell me something accordingly. But I already know exactly which phone I want! Is this gonna take all day?! I insist that I want the iPhone 8, in silver. He makes sure he has it in stock and brings the phone out from the back. Now he goes into salesman mode again. He tells me I can get a discount on accessories, like a case, when purchased with the phone. Otherwise, he says, a case can cost up to $50. No thanks! I already bought a case online for $7.99. Then he tries to sell me wireless ear buds. No thanks! Then he tries to sell me an Apple Watch. No!! Then he pulls up my billing and adds on $11 per month for insurance on the phone. I insisted that I don't want that $11 charge for the insurance. I came in for a new phone, and this guy tries to get me to buy everything in the store! Not a fun experience. I've been a Verizon customer for many, many years. I love their network. Although my time spent at the store was definitely less than desirable.
