AVOID THIS STORE!! THEY ARE A SCAM! The worker there named Mimi tried to tell me I was unable to upgrade my phone unless I added an additional phone on to my account. This means I would be paying for two phones. I told her I didn't want two phones, I just wanted one. She was extremely rude and refused to give me any other options. I went online and It turns out I had a completely free upgrade. I went to another store and the workers there said this isn't the first time they heard of this girl doing this. Today we had an amazingly positive experience at this location. upon entry we were greeted by all three reps with a smile! Magdolina was amazing at giving us honest details and guidance while making a decision on what services we want/need and should consider. She showed amazing patience which is so rare in retail! we ended up not only saving money by switching our internet provider, but we also got such a bargain on all the streaming channels I normally pay a small fortune for. This store is nice and clean and organized! the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh! parking is rough, but worth having some patience. This location rests in a chique upscale area besides some restaurants, Ben & Jerry's and thrify antique shops. Attempted to talk to the salesperson about getting a new phone and was basically told I was unable to switch from a Samsung to an IPhone without upgrading my current plan. When I told them that they were wrong and that my other family members were on the same plan and had iPhones, they became quite rude and almost hostile towards me. I took my business elsewhere where....shocker...I was able to switch my phone and remain on my same plan. The entire staff at this location is only interested in trying to scam and milk as much money out of prospective customers as they can. I would never give this store my business and would drive the extra distance to an actual Verizon corporate store. read more

This store is a scam. They are an indirect service provider for Verizon, so they are reselling Verizon services. That is the reason their service is so slow. It is much more expensive to buy through this store. Avoid at all costs, if you have problems, they can not help you...and will not. The manager tried to scam me by saying that the only way I would be able to use my Apple Watch with my phone is if I paid $5 a month for service. I've been using an Apple Watch for almost 10 years and I have never heard of this; you can use it without service as long as it's paired with your phone. I ended up taking my business elsewhere to Best Buy where I ended up getting my Apple Watch there. It's Verizon's loss out of $800 dollars. Verizon corporate needs to teach these employees not to scam customers because we aren't as dumb as they think we are. read more

This is the second time I have been to this store and been treated extremely poorly by the same employee. I asked the younger male to help me with the TravelPass, which I had already done my research on and was most looking for a little extra help getting it purchased, to ensure I had all my duck in a row prior to my travels. After he attempted to flirt with me for 5 minutes, he said I had to upgrade my plan to accommodate the TravelPass. I told him I saw online that all I had to do was purchase the pass and he was clueless and suggested I just call 611 with him. Then he tried to sell me on things I did not need and was not asking for. The minute my boyfriend came in he completely went cold and was useless. I was in from LA, originally from Milwaukee. My phone died, needed a replacement as I was dealing with family matters. I was told to go with Apple, I'm an android fan. Pushed. Was sold a Google Pixel, Shawn changed my plan , to a higher on, sold me things I did not need. And did not provide a receipt, paper or emailed. I have insurance, was disregarded. I had to call to get the receipt emailed. Went to my Verizon here in LA, and was told my plan was changed. They reversed it to my old plan. But I am now playing for the new phone. I placed my order through Verizon's app and I come in ~1hr 30min and the guy didn't even know there was a order because he was in the back, on the phone, goofing. Employee was helpful and kind but GM was very rude and unhelpful. Had a "not my problem" kind of attitude. Tried to upgrade my phone and have never had issues with it until coming to this store. GM definitely looked like he did not want to be there, overheard him with another customer and was very blunt and rude as well. Don't know why they're still in service at this location. would give 0 stars if possible. was completely scammed out of over 300$. kept telling i was getting a screen protector, a phone stand and a whole Ipad for free. got charged for an additional ipad/ new phone line on my account, a 65$ liquid glass screen protector which i never asked for or approved, a 45$ wall charging block, a 25$ camera protector, and a 30$ phone stand. was completely scammed by the store associate. i am returning to call out the associate for all of these charges and unapproved services. actually ridiculous situation and can not believe verizon is letting this happen. UPDATE: Was supposed to get over $100 in refunds. The return I received was only $50 because of a $50 'restocking fee' for the iPad that I scammed into getting "for free". Do not go here. To begin, I had a 3pm appointment and was not helped until closer to 3:45. They are not transparent on what they are selling you. I went in for a phone upgrade. I was told that with my trade in, I would pay for taxes, set up and accessories. I thought accessories meant those you pick out and decide to purchase. No, apparently it is an accessory bundle but they do not tell you that. They sold me a $65 phone screen, $45 charging block, $30 camera lenses and $30 phone stand. The only accessory I asked for was a phone case but I was told these were all included in that as a promo. He also took everything out of the packaging and threw all packaging away. Walked out of the store with $300 in unnecessary accessories and a "free iPad". The "free iPad" promo is not free, they add a line to your account and there is a fee for that additional line. They do not disclose this information. We went back in after seeing the receipt to clarify what these charges were. The sales associate, Thomas, said that he told us we would pay for taxes, set up and accessories. He NEVER mentioned it was an accessory bundle that cost this much. When we asked about the free iPad charge he said "maybe I didn't explain it well". Yeah you did not explain it well in effort to have a bigger sale. After returning all this unnecessary stuff, we were charged $50 for a restocking fee on the iPad. This was only noticed when we asked for a paper receipt. Not only was this "restocking fee" not disclosed to us but the sales associate had nothing to say when we questioned it. Ended up only getting a $50 refund. The sales associate is nice and seems helpful but turns out they are only doing that to make you think you are getting a deal. You are not. Avoid this place at all costs.
