Walked out with an Apple Watch and a Samsung tablet (yes, you read that correctly, a Samsung tablet). Didn't make sense, but hey, it was free, so I didn't put up much of a fight. Spent the first 6 months, trying to get the trade in value applied to the new phone. Bill was over $800 a month, until I finally got it resolved. Then started the "free" watch and table issue. I have spent over a year, trying to get the promotion applied to my account, for the watch and tablet to be free.
