I specified with the rep that we wanted the plans to remain the same because our old plan had HBO MAX included. Well he ended up changing our plan without telling me and added an additional $10 onto the bill for a useless feature. I came back in to get this resolved and they refused to fix it. The manager even refused to talk to me about it. With the rep telling me that I had to call AT&T to voice my complaint. What's the point of an AT&T store if they can't directly manage my phone plan? This is ridiculous I've been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. From this experience I'm going to drop my plan with them and go elsewhere. AGAIN DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING, THEY WILL MESS IT ALL UP.

The lower prices on many items make more than up for it. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I have not had any problems. that (One reviewer mentioned that Costco does not always have something in stock that the person likes/wants. And yes. I get hooked on some of their stuff as well. But from what I understand, Costco only keeps stocking/buying items that they can sell at their prices, and that are bought by enough people. So what is available has always somewhat changed/rotated. I still miss the Mori-Nu tofu. But unfortunately, any store is not going to keep something in stock just for me and mayby a handful of other people.)
