I drove over to the T Mobile location adjacent to Brookfield Square Mall (because I saw that they had awesome reviews) and I was so happy that I did. I had a very short wait (less than 10 minutes) and Sydney assisted me with the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Since there was lull while I was there, a number of other associates interacted with me and they were all VERY friendly! I highly recommend going to this TMobile location for any assistance you may need. It was a great experience!

I'm always a little "on guard" when dealing with mall cell phone guys. Not to generalize but there…read morecan be a tendency toward....shiftiness. Happily, that was not the case when we went to get the Mister a new phone. He had done the research and knew what he wanted. The guy who helped us didn't try to sell him on BS warranties or unneeded options. In fact, he told the Mister he was eligible for extra discounts because of where he works. We were in and out quickly, weren't pressured and had all of our questions answered. It's a miracle!

Can you hear me now??…read more I thought I would wait a while after purchasing my phone to review this place. It's been about three months now and still no problems, no surprises, and no dropped calls. It was an easy process to purchase my new phone and its been fine since day one. After having a Crackberry through US Cellular for six painful years, its been a relief to have clear reliable service with Verizon. I don't miss US Cell, and I don't miss the series of shitty Blackberries my employer has provided me with over the years. If there is a museum out there looking for artifacts for their cell phone display, I have one of every BB since the 7100. Remember that one? it was the one that was the size of an iPad and had that retarded thumb wheel on the side. But I digress... Now that I have my $0.01 iPhone 4, those are all faint memories for me now. I love that damn thing. I feel I'm now finally "one of the cool kids." Verizon, can you hear me now? Thank you for not sucking as much as US Cellular.

At the time they were also out, but took the time to locate a phone for my friend and me. This past 2 weeks I have had constant contact with Chris as we resolved a few issues that came up with people on my plan. Tho complicated, it never phased Chris. SO willing to help and straighten everything out, with constant contact to let me know how it was going. I have been to a few Verizon Locations that want to herd you in and out. I was called down to try on the suit, they had me try on someone else's tux and then told that they didn't have my info and had to re-measure me. I was late returning the suit as they were closed by the time I tried to return the next day; I will own that one. When I asked to wave late fee, due to the difficulty of needing to come down three separate times for measurement, they would not. Not once was accountability for the lack of organization taken, but rather displacement of fault; I will never go back there nor would I recommend this particular location to anyone. I would never had written this review if the manager would have been accountable for what happened and apologized. Wow, I just can't even.
