A couple of months ago, I was on stage putting my Blue Baby Bottle microphone into the shock mount. I accidentally ended up twisting the outer case of the mic and sheared off the low cut and high decibel switches. This is a great microphone and getting in touch with the manufacturer customer service was futile since they were bought out by Samson last year. Dennis was my last resort. Because of the backlog due to Covid, Dennis told me there was a 24 week wait, but that it was a simple repair and he would try to fit it in between other projects. He even offered to save me money by showing me how to take it apart so I could get the part numbers for the switches, but I decided to let him do it since I'm just a musician. A week later, my microphone was done. I was so happy to have it done quickly and it sounds just as good as before. Electromania and Dennis get my highest recommendation.

They fixed it in one afternoon. They also noticed that Repair Wiz did not properly disassemble my system, and it appeared to be pried open. Luckily, they were able to determine that as of now, nothing was damaged. I believe he gave alot of effort in fixing my system, and he didn't charge anything to look at it, but I feel he may not have known the proper procedure for this repair, and should've said as much, rather than risk further damage.
