Contacted Ryan through his website on 4-15-2018 after I dropped my iPhone 6 in the garage and cracked the screen. I've replaced screens myself on previous iPhones for me and my family, but didn't want to hassle with doing this one, so I went on-line and found Ryan of Smart Tech. Within an hour and half (one of my scheduled appointments) Ryan arrived promptly at my home and within 20 mins of his arrival, my iPhone 6 was as good as new again. Screen looks great, appears to be OEM replacement, and after 48 hours with no issues and am writing this review. Outstanding service, a great guy and reasonable price. I am also purchased a replacement (used) iPhone 6 for my son, from Smart Tech. My son's old IPhone 6 has so many issues (bad battery, cracked screen, bent case, failed ringer and home button that does not work) that it made sense to replace instead of repair it. A $250.00 replacement is a good option, vs a $700 or $1,000 current gen that's nearing a year old. I'm not really one to post reviews (I think this is literally my 2nd ever) but the service Ryan provides, and his help over multiple weeks in my situation made me feel like I HAD to get some word out on him & his service. 1000% recommend anyone who has phone issues - he first fixed my phone coming to my house and running it out to him, took him only about 20 minutes. I had a similar issue come up at work on a hectic Friday - he came to the parking lot and helped me out again. Anyone who goes remote without a phone during a hectic day knows how stressful it can be. Meanwhile this all was within 20-30 minutes of me submitting an appointment request. While trying to get inside the house in one trip from the grocery store I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus and shattered the screen. The screen had pieces falling out and there were lines and black spots on it. My first thought was that I would need a new phone. I figured I'd check online and see if anyone could fix it first. Smart Tech was the first company that popped up and I gave them a call. The Tech I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly and said that they could have someone at my house or another location of my choice within 20 minutes. I cracked the screen on my Apple 8 Plus and noticed I lived outside the service area for this company so I was pleasantly surprised when I called and Ryan offered me an appointment within an hour and arranged to meet me at a convenient location and fixed the screen in 15 minutes! The phone looks like new and the screen appears strong and CRYSTAL CLEAR. The repair cost only $109 which was $144 less than the other local screen repair company I called who said they would need to keep the phone all day to fix it. I contacted Ryan by text with a question on IPhone repair and he responded to me in less than 5 minutes. We arranged a time to meet and he came right to my house. He replaced my screen in about 15 minutes and did an outstanding job. Ryan said he has been doing this work for the past 6 years and it shows based on his expertise with phones. I also had Ryan install great screen protectors for my phone and two others in the house as well as a new case for my phone. All of this for the same price I would have paid for a screen repair alone at an Apple store and with much better quality parts and quality compared to Batteries Plus or another one if the aftermarket stores. While getting out of my car earlier today, my phone fell from my lap on the concrete and shattered completely. I contacted apple genius, and they did not have an opening appointment until the following week. I found smart tech on yelp, and scheduled an appointment for the following hour. I received a call 5 min afterward confirming my appointment. Smart tech arrived on time, and was very handy and gentle with the phone parts of my iphone 6 and in no time, my screen was fixed. I highly recommend SmartTech! My touch screen wasn't working and was doing some pretty strange stuff. I called, he was here with in the hour fixed the issue in 15 minutes and there is no one who can beat the price, the time it took from first contacting him to having my phone in perfect working order was crazy fast. Ryan was great. He responded to my voicemail within an hour or two, came straight to my office, and replaced my cracked iPhone 6s screen within 10 minutes. When the touch screen did not initially work properly due to a faulty replacement screen, he replaced it multiple times until he had one that worked and gave me a case and screen protector for taking extra time.
