A couple of months ago, I was on stage putting my Blue Baby Bottle microphone into the shock mount. I accidentally ended up twisting the outer case of the mic and sheared off the low cut and high decibel switches. This is a great microphone and getting in touch with the manufacturer customer service was futile since they were bought out by Samson last year. Dennis was my last resort. Because of the backlog due to Covid, Dennis told me there was a 24 week wait, but that it was a simple repair and he would try to fit it in between other projects. He even offered to save me money by showing me how to take it apart so I could get the part numbers for the switches, but I decided to let him do it since I'm just a musician. A week later, my microphone was done. I was so happy to have it done quickly and it sounds just as good as before. Electromania and Dennis get my highest recommendation.

There is a big sign visible from the North-South Freeway (43) that says "KOSS WORLD HEADQUARTERS". Some of the older reviews indicate that this was a location with retail (outlet) sales available. It still says Outlet Store on the door but it seems they are only doing warrantee dropoffs. The paper sign on the door says "The Koss Factory Store is now open for Warranty only. For purchases, please visit us at www.koss.com. Thank you." Oh well :-( Pro tip: It can be hard to find. Put "4155 N Port Washington Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53212" into your GPS and look for the Home depot. Across the parking lot is the Koss building.

They fixed it in one afternoon. They also noticed that Repair Wiz did not properly disassemble my system, and it appeared to be pried open. Luckily, they were able to determine that as of now, nothing was damaged. I believe he gave alot of effort in fixing my system, and he didn't charge anything to look at it, but I feel he may not have known the proper procedure for this repair, and should've said as much, rather than risk further damage. And if he's going to claim that I attempted to defraud him, I thought it best to post photos of the damage to my system with descriptions.

Lately…read moreI can't even get to the items I need as store employees are blocking every aisle with giant carts full of boxes as they stock shelves, or they're picking items for customer's pickup. I understand they have a job to do but it's EVERY aisle, and it makes navigating the store extremely difficult. Also, the past few times I have used the self-checkout, there was no attendant there at all. I needed someone to take a security sensor off of an item and had to stand around waiting while the teenage employees stand around the customer service desk talking with each other. I miss the friendly employees this location used to have, and the easy accessibility to navigate this store.
