    They did my tinted windshield and they didn't do a good job on my front windshield, I waited 3 hours just for one tinted. And I am very disappointed with whole result. All I can see is opening cuts on view mirror and tiny bubble start to form. The owner told me I can bring it for a redo, but I do not trust them to go with that company and let alone will not let them touch my vehicle ever! that make me waited 3 hours for one tint. RIDICULOUS!

    NEW AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLEwhen I got home there was a scratch that made a dent in my 2023 Honda accord and I called the owner Moe immediately! This is after returning it to fix an obvious piece of debris that Moe saw from the outside looking into the tent in my driver side window from his tent job. He went straight into denial mode, but agreed that he would look at the tape and he would get back to me the next day. When I got there the next day, he said the tape showed nothing and said that I couldn't prove it. I asked can I see for myself. After and long hassle going back and forth about semantics, and him accusing me of accusing him, he told me to come into and wait til he got the tape ready. He keep tell me it take time for the video to load. I waited in the lobby for about over an hour until he came out to bring me back. As we were walking back he said nope, nothing before we watched the video together. As I stand and watch the video it was done before it started! A 3-4 minute video!! My car was in his possession for 45 minutes for him to take off and reapply his lousy tent job. I asked where is the rest of the video and his was that it only records on motion. My car was in a location where I couldn't even see them do any work to my car at all. Moe and I definitely didn't see them take off the tent and reapply it. But his stance was that I couldn't prove it. He left to handle some business and told me he'd be right back. I never seen him again!! He left me to talk with one of his workers. I'm totally disgusted at how Moe handled this situation. Totally bad business! Bet the greedy owner is proud that his bottom line didn't take a hit. I came to get a tent job and left totally angry and disgusted with my experience at stereo1one!! Now it's gonna cost me more money..... and you say nice try as if I need you for anything!! I don't need to hustle nobody! I called you immediately for my 2023 vehicle! Paying to get it fixed Monday!! You can be dismissive all you want.... We won't be doing business again!!!! Make your money and imma make mines!!!

    I have had all of my cars 4 in total into Stereo1one for remote starts and for tinted windows. I have been going to this place for over 12 years and every time they have done a great job. Very professional and nice to deal with. They explain everything after the install as well. They do great work and I had an issue with my remote losing connection to the alarm and they fixed it right away and did not charge me a dime. They have tinted all of my cars and I never had any issues. As long as they are in business, I will continue doing business there and I would recommend them as they do great work and have great prices as well. They do quality work and I always recommend them to my friends.

    They installed an amp and subwoofer in my car. They gave me the wrong subwoofer and the amp was installed incorrectly.

    They're not air bubbles. They're dust particles, which is even worse and guarantees the tint will need to be redone. Trash.

I go back into the store now this is gonna be the third time trying to get these lines closed and it's on me to do it even though they're the ones that won't access my account I hate them. I will never go back to them. I'm gonna tell as many people as I can that they're not good customer and that their Internet drops all the time and buffers so I wouldn't use them.

    Worst experience ever. I needed a new battery for my Mac. They installed a new one still having the…read moresame issues of my Mac battery dying very quickly. Went back in and I was told they could either take their new battery out and since they disposed of my old one I can have my Mac back with no battery if keep the Mac for 3 days so they can run diagnostics on it. My biggest complaint is that they were not upfront with me in telling me that if the battery did not fix the problem, they would make the situation right. On top of that they gave me the Mac back with the new battery. They did not do a battery reset so I had to do that. Overall, customer experience was terrible and I felt like I was lied to from the very beginning they made it sound like everything was going to be fixed, and if it wasn't fixed, then they would take care of me, but upon further investigation they just wanted more money to run more tests on the Mac. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this company!

    I brought in an IPhone to have cracked screen replaced. Had to wait for owner to return to complete…read moreservice. Unfortunately, later that day I learned the "non-Apple" equipment he installed did not work with "Face ID" and I could it unlock features in my phone or access apps I had set up with Face ID. I called the store and got Voicemail. I left a message and never heard back from them. On top of that, Apple recognizes and notes that "non-Apple equipment/parts" have been installed on your phone and makes it ineligible for the phones warranty. Needless to say, $150 later I have a phone that is inaccessible and the store will not respond or fix. I do not recommend this vendor.
