I wanted to trade in my two phones, and the sales rep, Mark, kept pressuring me for weeks to turn them in so I could receive credit. After dropping off one phone in January and the other in February, I still haven't seen any credit reflected on my account. When I called customer service, I found out that Mark no longer works there. It turns out, he took my phones and then left. This has been an awful experience with shady business practices and terrible customer service. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.

Why extra mile to see how you can make that customer happy and they haven't done that so after that I called the company itself and they will not help than the people in the store so then I decided to get Verizon and now after 11 years, I'm dropping them and they will not close all of my lines or cancel my Netflix membership. I go back into the store now this is gonna be the third time trying to get these lines closed and it's on me to do it even though they're the ones that won't access my account I hate them. I will never go back to them. I'm gonna tell as many people as I can that they're not good customer and that their Internet drops all the time and buffers so I wouldn't use them.

I work weekends in downtown Milwaukee there I never have any bars my internet connection is usually non-existent as well. I went into one of their storefronts in oak Creek and they told me there's nothing wrong with my phone or the service. Called one of their hotlines and was told a tower was out and it would be repaired in 2 days. I don't know if that was just a lie or an inaccuracy but either way T-Mobile is definitely the worst self provider I have ever experienced. Even my pay as you go with the little flip phone was better. Oh and the phone I got is pure crap as well.

I went back to the store numerous times, spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon customer service, and I finally gave up. Total rip-off.
