Unfortunately I didn't have my card on me that is tied to account payment, but I was told that I could go home, enter the card info and complete the purchase in app. So, that is exactly what I did. I received confirmation and drove all the way back to the store. When I arrived, I let someone know I was picking up a phone that I purchased through the app and... nothing. No phone. Even when I was told that it would be held. Apparently another employee canceled my order a few minutes after I left home to pick it up because another customer wanted to buy it. Now that's some real BS right there. Because even though it was confirmed sold, and noted for in-store pickup, it was sold out from under me. The only option I was left with was to order through the app and hope the phone arrived in time to transfer data and drop off back at the store before my upcoming vacation. Luckily I only had to wait a week, and had a couple days leeway to do the transfer and drop off. But the entire experience was just disappointing.

Bottomline, every person I came into contact with including their so-called National Sales Manager tried to dodge accountability and eventually tried to make it somehow my fault. He was SOOO helpful with helping me decide on which hat to give as a gift AND offered getting the custom design as well. He really went above and beyond his job. You can tell he really enjoys and loves what he does. He helped me design the hat the way I wanted and gave his opinion on what would look the ultimate best with stitching, words, and fonts. The confidence he showed in helping me decide really stood out to me. I ended up buying one hat and custom designing it (stitching on it) and loved how it turned out! If you're looking for a stitch design expert for hats or just to purchase a nice cap for someone or yourself, I highly recommend coming here and especially working with Dustin! He made sure the stitching was precise on the hat, so it didn't run over the original stitching and he made sure everything came out to perfection! Instantly, the store manager started yelling at me about moving my car because I parked in an Athletico parking spot (identified parking spot for the business next door). I replied, they aren't even open. He then asked what I was in for, to which I said that I wanted a screen protector for my phone. Mind you, we were never greeted, just met with yelling. Also, it needs to be mentioned that there was no one else in the store. He rolled his eyes and said he would put a screen protector on for me today but he's the store manager and if he says I can't park in their parking spot, that I can't park in their spot. Both my friend and I both shocked and taken back by the way we were treated and the rude demeanor of the store manager that I told him I in fact would not be spending my money there and I would be making a complaint. He replied OK. Rude. disrespectful, arrogant are a few words that come to mind. The store manager also appears to bed training in appropriate communication and customer relation skills.
