Find a corporate store, they have more info and a better ability to help you. I'm quite sure all the other stores just have salesman that work on commissions and they will rip you off. The "Not good" rating is far from accurate. It should be HORRIBLE or criminal.

Anyways, we get our cell service from AT&T due to the meager discount we get from my wife's workplace and we specifically came to this location due to the stellar service we got from the employees a couple years back. This time that was not the case. It did start out well, however. A lady greeted us at the door on a busy Saturday and when we told her we were interested in buying some new phones. She explained that we could make an appointment for a couple hours later. We gladly set a time, did some shopping, came back and we were with a salesperson in about seven minutes. Not bad and definitely better than sitting around with a one year old waiting for a salesperson. But that's where my experience started to turn. My wife was set on the iPhone 5s, but I was trying to decide whether to go with the iPhone 5s or one of the newer Samsung Galaxy phones. I spent hours at home studying the differences between both phones and I still had questions. Not a big deal, the last time I had a ton of questions since the 4s was my first iPhone and the salesman was happy to answer my questions. So my wife orders her iPhone and tells our salesman Berto that I have some questions. He couldn't answer one of my six simple questions which ranged anywhere from the technical specifics of the phone to what accessories where included with either phone. I was waiting for "I'm sorry, this is my first day", but all I got was "I don't know" followed by an eye roll. I'm not asking questions questions about a Motorolla Sh*tbox you get for free with a two year contract. I was asking questions of the difference between the highest priced iphone compared to the highest priced Galaxy and I got nothing. It was so bad that my wife wanted to buy Otterbox cases from them and I couldn't stand giving Berto an extra $100 in commission so I made her buy them across the street at Best Buy instead. I'm definitely going down the street next time.

The lady who attempted to assist me began with the words, "what can I do for you", in a very unfriendly tone. I began to tell her my needs when she abruptly interrupted and told me I was wrong; adding they don't provide phones at the stores. I informed her of exactly what I was told by customer service and that I had the option to have one sent, however; I choose to get it in person to transfer my information at that time. As I reiterated, she, in a super unfriendly tone said again, we can't do that. We don't have phones here for you to take. I requested for her to look at my account to confirm Wi/Fi was added. I told her I was very frustrated after spending over an hour on the phone with AT&T customer service who specifically informed me to go into the store to get my phone. I told her she didn't have to be sooo rude and decided to leave. In front of all the customers, she loudly said you're the rude one and put her hand up in the air facing me, then turned around to leave. Well tight pants Brittany I've switched to Spectrum and couldn't be happier.

I picked out my phone and asked a lot of questions about monthly payments to help me decide which phone to upgrade to. As I was going through the purchasing process I was excited when they told me I had a $500 credit on my account that I could use toward accessories such ear buds, phone case, cords etc... so I picked some items out since this was a "credit". I was informed that the first phone bill would be higher than the normal monthly payments which I understood. Unfortunately my payments stayed the same. My monthly payment for one line ended up being over $160. When I called AT&T (not the store) to see why my payments haven't changed they told me it's because of the accessories I put on my account. I was scammed! Beware of this location or anyone at AT&T who tells you that there is a credit on your account. I paid off my phone and am switching my service.

This just gets really stupid as I go so buckle up for the ride. After three hours of watching the tech go back and forth inside/outside/sub station, call the tech line, looking at boxes/connections he could not get the internet to work so another service call was scheduled. I called to confirm my call on the day and I was told she contacted the tech and he was on his way over. Two hours later no tech so I call and I'm told my service call was rescheduled, WTF how do you go from tech on the way reschedule so I said if someone is not here in an hour and get my service up and running I'm canceling, 6 hours into this now and I'm told no one is in the area so I canceled my service. ATT kept taking money from my bank which I had to put a block on and start a claim to get my money back which they did. I spent 5 hours over two months repeating canceling my serve to no avail and getting past do letters and over du bills while being told my account is canceled. Every phone call I was given a reason why it didn't get canceled and reassured it's finally cancelled over and over again. Finally I had to file a BBB claim against ATT because it's just a fuc#ing nightmare dealing with ATT. Two days later ATT office of the president called me about the BBB claim, look it up on line ATT office of president. The woman assured me after hearing my nightmare story that my account is canceled and my bill would be 0 dollars, I told her forgive me if I don't believe you because I have heard this for countless hours over two month. I told the woman that ATT is the worst company I have ever dealt with. ATT has been the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would never do business with them ever again.
