I normally do not go out of my way to leave a negative review. Most of the time when I've had a mediocre experience I take it as such and go on about my day. But this store has got to have the worst customer service I think I've ever encountered. I placed an order for the new iPhone 14 promax before Christmas. I was told I will be contacted by the store when my phone has arrived. I was also given a tracking number I looked at the tracking number and realized that my phone had already been sitting at the store for a few days and I was never contacted so I reached out and was told "yes your phone is here you can pick it up whenever it's convenient for you" so I went and got my phone. Everything seemed just fine then I was having issues with the new phone not even a week later so I contacted them again and they had said they'll need to find the same phone as none of those phones are able to be ordered any longer, no fault of theirs, but I was told I will be contacted in a few weeks time. I once again had to reach out to see what the results were, was a phone found or not? I was told yes, a phone was found, but never given a date that I needed to pick it up bye, I was currently out of the country and was not able to get to the phone until after I return. While I was out of the country, I received a text message stating that I will no longer be able to pick up the phone because it was outside of the timeframe, which I was never given, it seems that I had to go out of my way to get the answers that I wanted but they were so quick to tell me that I can no longer pick up this phone when my "time" ran out. I never received a phone call from this establishment, it was all through text message, so now I still have the same phone that occurs the same problems and was told that I'll have to go through warranty and it will no longer be a new phone and almost likely be a refurbished phone. I am not happy with the service received at this store, and I will most likely go out of my way to go to a different Verizon location in hopes to receive better service. read more

Great service and great people to work with.i would go back and tell other people to go there for cellular service

We placed an online order for new phones and arranged for in-store pickup. We contacted this store and told them when we would be in to pick them up, and then before we arrived our order was inexplicably canceled. We called the store, and they told us there was nothing they could do to help us. Verizon just lost four potential new customers. "Verizon" and "customer service" do not go in the same sentence.
